I had terrible stay here. They offered me a laundry service and returned items destroyed by their dogs and some of the items were missing. I told them several times that I didnt receive all of my stuff but seemed they didn't care. Hotel owner was avoiding me for 3 days until I told the receptionist that I will report this case to the police. The owner showed up and assured me that he will refund part of the money, but I still got nothing. Nobody even apologized me and what is more they blamed me for asking for a refund and made me feel like they are victims in this case - I had to listen how kind they are that they offered to do the laundry, that the receptionist is in a "bad psychological condition" because I want then to do the refund and return all of my items, and so on, and that my behavior "is not kind". To sum up - They destroyed/lost stuff worth over 150 euro and they don't care

Je me suis régaler
Le séjour s'est très bien déroulé. L'équipe de réception est excellente et à l'écoute : ils prennent vraiment soin des clients. Malgré une attente un peu longue à l'accueil, ils m'ont gentiment offert un café et une bouteille d'eau, ce qui a fait oublier le temps d'attente.
Seul bémol : les taxis passent rarement devant l'hôtel. Si vous avez un vol tôt le matin, prévoyez beaucoup d'avance pour vous rendre à l'aéroport. Ainsi que le bruit de la pompe à eau il faut vraiment trouver une solution.
Une mention spéciale aux femmes de ménage qui nettoient régulièrement l'entrée - l'hôtel est d'ailleurs très propre dans son ensemble. Elles sont toujours souriantes, ce qui ajoute un charme supplémentaire à cet établissement déjà très accueillant. Un grand merci à elles !

Excellent value for money: modern and comfortable hotel close to shops and services. An extremely caring and friendly team who try to meet all needs (from sewing on a button to repairing a car).
