Yarra was very lovely place to stay! They had variety of food for breakfast, I was completely stuffed in the morning! Staff was very helpful and responsive! Would come again definitely😊

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The receptionists were helpful and welcoming. The service was excellent, and the location was perfect— close to the beach and restaurants and the stunning sea view from the room, which made the stay even more relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options.

The room facing the sea had a very nice view. There is a food street nearby.

A few issues such as our 2 rooms (junior suite with balcony) were at different levels (1501 and 501) for 2 nites and (1501 and 1101) for 2 nites. Slow to check in because the front desk refused to try to relocate the 2 rooms to be closer. Poorly trained staff with little or no English communication skills. Poor management because I requested to see the hotel manager but she never showed up in the hotel everyday whenever I asked . The bathroom has a weird shaped tub which a user need to stand or sit in the small tub to take shower. No curtain, so water splashed all over the floor. The soap holder is too far from the tub. Sliding glass door with mismatched pull-down blinds that block the bathroom door. Moulds all over the blinds. Small gym room with old broken basic equipment and rusty free weights. Pool deck is tired looking with mouldy and broken tiles and rusty railing. No towels provided at pool deck. Buffet breakfast is so so. After we shared our opinion about the food taste/quality we were offered fried noodles to calm our disappointment about the food.. A friendly customer service supervisor always looked after us during breakfast. Tea was weak but they made us strong tea with tea bag in each tea cup. Mattress old and soft. They changed it after I made a complaint about it. We could feel an effort to improve their service upon receiving our feedback. Good ocean front location and great view from room balcony. Many cafes, restaurants, a few pubs, convenience stores, money changer at the back streets. .

Love the full sea view with no obstructions. Location is accessible to most of places that i olanned to visit. All good except that I could see signs that the hotel is getting old.

The main plus is the sea view for the suites we booked. The view was fantastic for a sea lover like me. Do note though that sea view comes with noise because of the bar that is at the beachside. You can hear the bass even with windows closed and curtains drawn. The music ends only at 2am. There is also an exercise session that starts at the beachside at 6am so if you are a light sleeper, skip the sea view. Our room was not very clean when we checked in. There was some issue w the room so we cld only check in late. Even with cleaning on the 2nd day, it was only a little cleaner. Floor was still dusty but def better than first day. The layout of the toilet area was also weird. We were unsure how we should shower using the tub without causing water sprays everywhere. When checking out, we had to wait a little for the housekeeping to check the room before we could leave so do cater some time for it.

I have stayed here before and will stay here again. The hotel has great views of the beach and rooms are quiet. No real negatives and well worth the price. The staff are also very friendly and helpfull.

Breakfast buffet was good, the rooms are clean and smells nice. The location was also outstanding, right in front of the beach with marts and restaurants nearby.

I had a great time staying at this era suites Hotel on the beach. Their hospitality was really wonderful.

Very perfect welcoming juice & fruits for VIP rooms , and also best services of all the receptionist and staffs !!! Highly recommend to stay in premium king suite front ocean view room because its so much worth it than cost. We’ll stay there for sure if we go to Danang again!! 🖤

Excellent hotel with brand new amenities. Located right across from the beach and staff are very friendly.

Hotel has breathtaking view of beaches, staff were very friendly and very willing to help with every issue and queries I had during my stay. The Buffet Breakfast was extremely delicious and the diversity makes me want seconds. Some of the listed amenities however, are pretty off site and had to travel a short distance away from the hotel to access the amenities. Other than that, no complaints and would definitely be coming back when visiting Da Nang City again.
