Ulasan Chicland Danang Beach Hotel

Pelayanan: Sangat bagus. Pelayan dapat berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris. Fasilitas: Hotel ini memiliki kesan desain. Terdapat banyak restoran makanan laut di dekatnya. Lingkungan: Indah. Kolam renang di lantai paling atas sangat indah. Kamarnya juga sangat indah dan bersih.

Hotel ini tepat di sebelah Pantai My Khe, tepat di seberang jalan. Anda dapat menyaksikan matahari terbit di atas laut dari kamar Anda, jadi saya menginap satu malam lagi. Namun, beberapa tempat usaha terdekat menampilkan musik yang sangat keras di malam hari, yang tidak berhenti hingga sekitar jam 1 pagi. Saya menginap di kamar tempat tidur ganda dengan pemandangan laut dan balkon. Saat saya cek bed saat check in, ternyata banyak noda darah di cover kasur murah (lupa difoto). Tidak dibersihkan dan diganti dengan yang baru selimut penutup yang belum dibersihkan.

Ruangan itu terlalu kecil. Hampir tidak mungkin untuk berjalan dengan dua koper terbuka. Balkon sama sekali tidak diperlukan dan tidak ada cara untuk keluar. Putri saya yang berusia 14 tahun dikenakan biaya tambahan 195 RMB untuk menginap sehari. Kelebihannya pantainya seberang dan sangat nyaman, dan di sebelahnya ada supermarket dan restoran. Hotelnya bisa dijadikan peralihan, tapi ruang resor masih terlalu kecil.

Saat check-in pada dasarnya tidak ada layanan karena terlalu sibuk. Teh selamat datang dan handuk tidak disediakan. Saya pikir ini harus ditingkatkan. Dengan lingkungan check-in yang baik, detail layanan juga harus dijaga Yang paling saya suka adalah kolam renang dan skybarnya, sangat nyaman dan nyaman.

Penampilan hotel yang unik dan desain lingkungan hijau memberikan perasaan yang sangat nyaman bagi masyarakat. Staf hotel dan resepsionisnya sangat ramah. Saya terutama menyukai kolam renang tanpa batas di lantai paling atas hotel dengan pemandangan pantai yang indah. Hotel ini terletak di seberang Pantai My Khe. Saya bisa memakai sandal untuk berjalan di pantai dan berjemur di bawah sinar matahari kapan saja. Makanan di restoran hotel kelihatannya enak, tapi rasanya rata-rata. Namun, terdapat banyak restoran makanan laut di dekatnya, di mana Anda dapat makan sepuasnya setiap hari. Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat puas dengan menginap di hotel ini.

I stayed at Chicland Hotel in Da Nang, Vietnam, and here is my detailed review: Pros: 1. Quick Check-in: I arrived at the front desk at 12:30 PM, and the room was already fully prepared with all necessary check-in documents ready. 2. Modern Design: The hotel is relatively new, features a unique style, and has excellent landscaping. 3. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness of the premises was satisfactory. Cons: 1. Poor Service Attitude: • Staff members hung up the phone without any greetings or farewells during multiple consultations. 2. Insufficient Amenities: • Only two small bottles of mineral water were provided in the room. 3. Uncomfortable Bedding: • The bed sheets were extremely damp and moldy, and the blanket was too thin, making sleep uncomfortable. 4. Inadequate Water Temperature: • The shower water was not sufficiently hot. 5. Health Hazard: • Upon waking up, I felt itchy and found several ants crawling on the pillow and bedside table. 6. No Room Service: • There was no in-room dining service, forcing me to eat out for meals after midnight. 7. Severe Noise Pollution: • My 11th-floor room faced a row of bars that stayed open until midnight. The balcony became unbearably noisy (like a dance floor) during closing hours due to loud music and crowds. 8. Delivery Incident: • I ordered food via Grab and specified the room number (1102) in the notes. However, the hotel neither collected the delivery at the front desk nor notified me. The delivery person waited at the door for 20 minutes but left after failing to contact me via international phone numbers, resulting in the loss of my meal. Conclusion: Chicland Hotel fails to meet the claimed five-star standards in terms of hardware, software, and service quality, especially given its pricing. While the design and landscaping are commendable, the poor service, hygiene issues, discomfort, and operational flaws make it unsuitable for a luxury stay. 住了一家酒店，越南岘港的 chicland 酒店，下面是我对这个酒店的评价 1 酒店入住很快 我中午 12 点半到达前台已经准备好了房间和所有入住资料已经准备好 2 酒店还算新 挺有特色 绿化不错 3 酒店的工作人员服务态度不好 打电话咨询都是不讲任何谢谢再见直接挂电话 4 房间备品不足 矿泉水只有小小两瓶 5 酒店床品非常潮湿 被子很薄 睡觉不舒服 6 洗澡水不够热 7 一觉醒啦发现身上痒 发现好几只蚂蚁在枕头上 床头柜上爬 8 酒店没有客房送餐服务 晚上饿了只能到外面吃 综上所述 该酒店无论硬件软件服务都达不到五星级的标准和这个收费标准。 9 我住在 11 楼的房间，房间非常吵，因为对面就是很多酒吧，直到晚上 12 点才关门，关门前阳台吵得犹如在舞池中央 入住该酒店的时候发生了一件非常不愉快的事情，我用 grab 订了外卖，外卖员送到酒店后，酒店既没有代我在前台收下外卖，也没有按照我在外卖上的备注的房间号通知我，就让外卖员在门口干等，外卖员因为打不通国际电话在门口等待 20 分钟后离去，外卖丢失。

From the moment we checked in, we felt like VIPs. The staff greeted us warmly, took our luggage, and escorted it all the way to the front desk, offered us a refreshing hibiscus tea while we checked in and helped us bring all the bags into the room. We were informed of all the amenities and all needed information like restaurant, pool and breakfast hours. We booked the one-bedroom luxury oceanfront apartment with a balcony and every little detail was thoughtfully considered, the apartment set up was very comfortable and felt like home. We absolutely loved the balcony with its greenery and sea view. This hotel is definitely living up to its title as one of the most Instagrammable hotels in Danang. Seriously, there is a perfect shot at every corner of the room and hotel. It’s like they designed it with influencers in mind—no complaints here! The breakfast options were delicious, and the staff went above and beyond, bringing us tea and coffee upon request. I was also delighted by the fruit plate I could take back to the room (yes, I’m that person). Oh, and don't miss the red wine in the mini bar—absolutely recommend it. Perfect location. The hotel faces the beach and sea, and even though it’s on a busy street, the noise cancellation from the windows is pretty good. The only slight disappointment was that, despite the sign on the balcony door, promising us some gecko sightings, we didn't spot any during our stay. I guess the geckos were on vacation themselves. But aside from that, everything was flawless, and the infinity pool was the cherry on top.

Overall the hotel is good for the value. The service and location are good. We had a good time here.
