I tried two kinds of pho for breakfast, and the taste was even much better than many local shops in Da Nang. It was really amazing, so I specially posted the picture.

The service was superb in the hotel, providing excellent service & recommendation to all our enquiries. The Duty manager "Nhan" is so helpful and keep checking our safety throughout the tour & stay. Thumbs up to Four Points Sheraton staffs.

Although it was old, it seemed to be cleaned.
As other reviews have said, the wait for the elevator was long. However, there was a sofa in front of the elevator so I was able to relax while waiting.
There is a sauna and a bath where you can wear a swimsuit.
I recommend it as there were not many people and the view was nice.
The breakfast was the most disappointing of any recent hotel.
I chose a plan that included breakfast, but the next day I ate breakfast at a nearby restaurant.
