Great stay

Бронировали номер с видом на город, нам дали номер с видом на стену и сказали что здание недавно построили, хотя по виду а главное расположение ему уже лет так 5-10. В итоге поменяли на этаж выше но вид чуть получше стал. Я не понимаю в чем проблема сразу написать что вида нет, или главное зачем указывать вид на город. В целом отель не не плохой. 사진을 보고 깔끔하고 위치도 많이 멀지않다고 생각해서 예약했습니다!금액이 저렴해서 크게 기대하지않았어요 새벽비행기 도착이라 잠시 머물 0.5박 느낌으로 예약했어요 도착후 체크인을하고 키를 받아 방에 올라갔어요 올라가자마자 짐을 풀고 침대에 앉으려고 했는데 벌레가 기어가더라고요? 그래서 뭐 한두마리야 생각했어요~~그러다가 이불을 들춰봤는데 벌레가 너무 많은거예요! 진드기가.. 그래서 바로 직원을 불러 이야기를 했는데 그냥 손으로 쓸어서 바닥에 버리더라고요.. 방을 바꿔달라고했지만 방이없다고 해서 다름 조취를 취해달라고했지만 사장님께 여쭤봐야한다는말만 반복하더라고요 그렇게 한시간이 지나 환불을 요청했지만 불가능하다는 답변을 듣고 바로 나와서 한시간반을 체크인할수있는 호텔을 찾아다니다가 다른 호텔에서 묵었네요 많은 여행을 해봤지만 이런 시설에 이런 청결에 이런 대응은 처음이라 정말 다신 가고싶지않고 다른분들도 저같은 피해를 입지않으셨으면해서 실례임에도 불구하고 글 씁니다! 이호텔에 등록된 사진은 모두 그래픽이고 실제가 아닙니다.. 그냥 2만원 더 쓰시고 다른 호텔가세요..! 직원과 사장이 손님에게 대하는 응대는 변화가 꼭 필요합니다-!

前台人都非常nice，房間應該有新裝修過，很乾凈，地下車庫能停摩託車還能充電，東邊就是那個什麼海灘來着，放心住

這個價格已經完全OK了，該有的都有，洗澡水稍微小了一點點

非常友好的一間酒店，服務態度很好，性價比不錯

很好，一切都很滿意

除了空調太吵了

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! Do NOT book at this hotel. I had my booking for 4 months and turned up today after a long flight from the UK to find out they have booked my room out to someone else. They weee also sneaky and wanted me to pay for 2 nights that they told me they had booked me a room at another hotel but when I arrived at that hotel, they hadn’t booked a room and so I was left stranded in a foreign country as a solo female. They sold my room for a higher price because of a festival event and left me alone without a room in the whole of Danang. Totally unacceptable behaviour for any business to behave this way!!!!

I've been stay at haka on and off for 6 months. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Clean and quiet location. I only stay here because beds are comfortable unlike other similar priced hotels that have U sleeping on a rock.

Close to the beach and various restrauants staff helpful and friendly breakfast great value and😁 swimming pool had good view of the beach and hills housekeeping top rate. Highly recommended as value for money and a great stay

Comfy bed, very nice room for the price. Close to the beach and easy to rent a motorbike from them. They were also quick and helpful to give me a new motorbike when mine had a flat tire. A nice complimentary buffet for breakfast, and the man working the front desk is very kind and helpful. Great stay.
