Ulasan Nalini Hotel & apartment

The only plus of this accommodation is the owners. The owners and staff are very responsive and polite. Everything else is very bad, unfortunately. Firstly, the hotel does not have a lobby as such, because there is an open kitchen and a cafe on the ground floor. Secondly, because there is a kitchen on the ground floor, the smell of fried oil sometimes comes into the room. Thirdly, the rooms are very old and need updating. Fourthly, I found insects on the bed in the room and I was uncomfortable spending the night. Fifthly, I took a room with a city view, but I got a room with a view of the wall of the opposite house with mold. Sixthly, the staff speaks very poor English, we could only communicate in simple phrases. Also, very poor soundproofing, sometimes there was noise at night. And the air conditioner does not work correctly and sometimes turns off by itself. The remote control shows one temperature, and the AC shows another. I booked the hotel on trip.com for 5 nights, but in the end I stayed only for one, I managed to negotiate the cancellation of the remaining 4 nights. I am very sorry that I have to leave a bad review because the owners of the hotel seemed to me to be very nice people. I sincerely hope that the owners of the hotel will take my review into account.

There is a strong cigarette smell when first entering the room. Then the water at the bath tub wasn’t cleared. Toilet door slightly faulty as it can be closed but not locked. I think there is more work to be done by the housekeeping to prepare the room before next customer checks in. Plus point is spacious room and good location.

The room was good, but there still was dirt from the other people before. Also the sink was full and the water didn't go easily. Busy (touristic) street so be aware of noise. I stayed only 1 night so overall its okay the price.

Service good, good food, but a little noisy a/c. All in all a great spot for a weekend

It was excellent. The place is convenient for everything.

The hotel is at a strategic location, very near to the beach and has its own eatery so you won't have to go far to find food. The room was okay but we didn't like the water heater. It requires time for it to heat up and you can't enjoy the shower for long because the water will not be hot after some time.

Nice room, good location, however the Ac outside makes loud noise made it hard for me to rest

The floor is dirty, after walking around the room the white socks turned black. The air conditioner doesn't work well, the only thing that saves us is the fan. The walls are stained in places. Smell in the toilet. If you stay for 1-2 nights, you can put up with the inconvenience.
