Great rooms, morning buffet, excellent service, and location. We were able to store our luggage while away touring the Sacred Vally and Machu Pichu. It was a tremendous help to do so. Overall great experience with this hotel.

This place has a very good location, beautiful architecture and decoration, very cozy and comfortable, quiet nights, very good breakfast, excellent shower, lovely inner patio, good service. I would definitely go back. My only suggestion would be to have a mirror outside the bathroom, especially in a triple room. It would also be great to have a full size mirror in the lobby.

We arrived to a spacious room with a high ceiling. We ordered the in-room massage to be told it wasn’t available until the following day. Which was fine. Then the disaster started to happen -the phone didn’t work -sink and toilet stopped working -the shower's hot water was not even lukewarm -when the massage did happen they said it was best to just do it on our bed instead of their tables since they didn’t bring it. It was the most uncomfortable since they had us vertically on the bed with our necks and feet hanging off. For $45 USD each this was a complete rip-off -the housecleaner came into our room without knocking. Just opened the door and realized we were there. It was so odd! Then we were told the wing we stayed at was having issues and we were moved to another room after the day. That room was tiny. -the bathroom door needs fixing and you had to yank it or push it for it to close -the toilet holder was broken off -the towel hanger was broken Then to top this off all of the staff seemed annoyed at everything when we notified them. At check out, I was informed that card transactions were 5% on top of everything. This seems new and something implemented the last few days since the protests started. Do not stay here if you expect comfort or service. Come if you’re desperate.

Pro: - Posizione a due passi dal centro - Spazi comuni curati e caratteristici - Pulizia - Colazione abbondante e varia Contro: - La nostra camera non aveva nessuna finestra ne punto luce naturale. L'unica apertura era la porta di ingresso alla camera. Il bagno non era ventilato. - Una sera non abbiamo avuto l'acqua calda in camera. - L'hotel al momento non ha nessuna insegna. Se come noi avete dei tour prenotati è facile che non vi trovino. - Per due volte, in pieno giorno, ci siamo trovati chiusi al di fuori della reception. Il portone era chiuso e nessuno rispondeva. - Per tutta la durata del soggiorno siamo dovuti andare in reception a chiedere sapone perchè non veniva mai ripristinato in camera.

Hotel com estilo mais rústico, aconchegante. Recepcionistas muito simpáticos. Quarto enorme e confortável. Café da manhã bem gostoso. Só não gostei muito do chuveiro. Mas custo X benefício muito bom. Não tivemos problema nenhum com barulho a noite.

Muy bien ubicado cerca a muchos lugares claves. Muy linda la casona. Habitaciones amplias impecables. Amabilidad y siempre dispuestos quienes allí trabajan. Gracias por hacernos sentir tan bien. Recomendamos este lugar.
