Hotel Paradis Suite Cusco

I went in June(their winter) and the night is 2 celcius. the heater didnt work that much its freezing cold. However I got a junior suite with this fancy Jacuzzi!! They are far from everything but the cars from Indrive app is cheap so it didn't that matter.

Hi I had a lovely stay at this hotel. I came to Cusco to climb Rainbow Mountain and in fact managed to climb Red Valley too. This hotel was perfect for that reason. The cleaning service was particularly impressive. However, all the staff were very professional. I was impressed by their level of English. Thank you for everything.

Please, keep in mind the following information: If you want to be in the central district of Cuzco, do not stay here. This hotel is located 30 minutes away from the main attractions and is situated in a vague part of town. Although the main lobby may appear nice, the in-house restaurant service was terrible and overpriced compared to restaurants in the heart of the city. The food options were also very limited.

We stayed for four nights at the hotel and even though the service was great, the hotel itself is outdated. The air conditioner barely worked in the room, the beds were very hard and not comfortable. We never got to used the pool, but the restaurant had good variety and breakfast was always great. The location is a bit far from the main city if you want to walk, but other than uber/taxis were affordable from there to the main center.

The hotel is a robbery. I booked de luxe bedroom through *********** at check-in I've been offered a standard room which I refused, they then proposed to me to cancel the reservation because they pay commission and thenI will get the room I booked. Although I found they idea wered I went along and cancelled the booking. They hide the charges for the sauna and swimming pool once used they come out the charges they even charge for the used sandals in the sauna. Furthermore I was presented with the bill with a normal price despite the commission they saved. I had to confront the manager who tried several prices before getting to the price of my booking. The hotel is far out of Cusco 15min by taxi 45 t0 1h by foot. The breakfast is more of the same no buffet, just black coffee or the no milk. I really don't understand the reviews left by another guests.

my partner and I were here in Sept 2021 and this was by far in our top 3 places we stayed (perhaps number 1) and really enjoyed our stay(s) - left for Machu Picchu then returned, leaving our stuff at Hotel Paradis - and would most definitely return. The rooms were excellent and in my plebeian life, I’ve not been afforded the opportunity for having a both a jacuzzi and sauna in suite. The staff were amazingly accommodating, helpful (especially when needed to print out travel docs), and quick to address any concerns. Room service was excellent and delicious. We enjoyed our massages so much (especially after a grueling day hiking Rainbow Mountain) and my partner loved both the saunas in room and downstairs. Despite still being a pandemic, they did everything possible to make our stay effortless and everything we saw was quite clean. The neighborhood felt safe and we often walked to market. We needed laundry done during our stay and they exceeded expectations with the turnaround time. This was the longest hotel stay of our trip and as stated previously, likely the most enjoyable. If/when we make it back to Cusco, this will be a priority to stay here. Beds are comfy and not very loud since on a side street. Excellent food.

Not impressed at all I would advise not to stay here The pool was freezing cold and you only get 1hr use free then you are expected to pay 100 Sol if you want to use again Also the hot tub was half full with no jets Breakfast was the worse I have had during our time in Peru and finally the shower was cold with zero pressure so all in all very disappointing Avoid ☹️

+ nice room - not enough hot water for jacuzzi - horrible WiFi - they try to charge you for things you never ordered - you have to ask for everything 10 times to get them like room service or hot water - 0% service In total We had a really bad experience here. In the end we had to discuss a lot and paid more than in our booking confirmation.

O atendimento de todos é perfeito, especialmente da Cat (não sei como se escreve ao certo, desculpa) - ela foi incrível a todo momento! O quarto era super confortavel, quentinho, cama deliciosa, chuveiro quentinho e gostoso! As comidas do restaurantes foram todas muito boas tambem! Recomendo :)
