Excellent value at this hotel. Ernesto was really helpful when my husband discovered he'd left his phone on the bus, calling the bus company for us. Gave us excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to visit before leaving for the Inka Trail. The family room was large, beds comfy and the double glazing and heating provide an excellent comfort level. Really loved the higgledy-piggledy style of the house, the thoughtful umbrellas provided for the rain (not used in our case!) and the delicious breakfasts with an amazing view! View - spectacular. an amazing location looking over Cusco. The room was spacious, warm, comfortable and clean. Best shower in the whole of Peru. We left too early for formal breakfast - so we were given a tasty, packed breakfast each day. The manager was so kind and friendly. The location was great, a short walk from the Playas de Armas. More like a hotel than a hostel

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and two sons, ages 15 and 12. We had a very comfortable stay. When we return to Cusco we will stay here again. Everything was so clean. Our beds were very comfortable. Our rooms had a wall heater that we could adjust to control the temperature. The location was perfect - it was tucked away from the noisy streets, but close to Plaza de Armas. Each morning there was breakfast-yogurt, eggs, cheese, rolls, bread to toast, cereal, coffee, tea, orange juice, papaya juice. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help or tend to our needs.

Colonial style house! Very friendly staff. Food is delicious. The rooms are big. I slept like a baby there. Very nice! I will come again.. The value for the price is just great! The view is magnificent.

Great hotel and I would thoroughly recommend. Really friendly and helpful owners. I hurt my foot trekking and they got me some bandages and antiseptic cream. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Warm blankets for the cool nights. Great location but the walk back up the hill did leave me out of breath!

Custo muito elevado para o que se propõe a acomodação. Conforme as fotos dos quartos, acho que tivemos uma falta de sorte e pegamos a pior acomodação. Mas fotos os quartos são lindos, maravilhosos e espaçosos. Cama de casal e uma de solteiro que são bem confortáveis. O banheiro (pia e vaso sanitário) bem espaçoso; porém o box para tomar banho foi infeliz em seu projeto. Não temos onde colocar as roupas após sair do banho, tínhamos que nos secarmos fora do banheiro, pois não tinha espaço. A abertura da porta do banheiro e a porta do box não é maior que 40cm!!!! Eu que tenho 1,93 de altura e não conseguia me mexer para me secar. Quarto muito pequeno para acomodar 3 pessoas. Um fato muito desagradável que ocorreu no check out; foi que pagamos o hotel no cartão (início da hospedagem)e no final, como já estávamos voltando para o Brasil, não tínhamos muito dinheiro (soles peruanos) em espécie para quitar a conta do quarto. Como aceitam cartão no hotel, fui pagar a conta no check out com o cartão, porém Ernesto (gerente/proprietario) não quis aceitar cartão, somente dinheiro. Falei para o mesmo que poderia incluir o valor da taxa do cartão no valor final que tínhamos que acertar, e o mesmo foi irredutível, não aceitando cartão. Isso nos causou algo constrangedor pois como fazer se tínhamos o dinheiro contado para o táxi até o aeroporto?? Achamos uma falta de consideração absurda, o que faz pensar o quão importante é o hóspede nesse local. Com certeza uma hospedagem que está fora da lista na nossa próxima viagem a Cusco, já que gostamos muito da cidade e pretendemos voltar; mas não para esse hostel!!
