CUTE boutique! Beautiful flower tree and many other live plants in the courtyard. Conveniently located near town square. Beautiful walk to Sacsawaman. Some of the beds were not comfortable, but we used pillows to make the best of it. We had eight people in our group, and the majority of us had comfortable beds.

It was excellent make me feel like home with a delicious breakfast every morning and very comfortable atmosphere. the room service always on the top of cleaning and anything i will need to make my stay one of the top on my vacation. this a excellent hotel and in the great location in the historic area of cusco working distance from Plaza de armas and some others great places to visit like restaurants and museums.

Very quaint hotel located at the heart of Cusco. In close walking distance of the Plaza de Armas, the main tourist hub of Cusco. As for the hotel, it is very clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. They want to help you in any way they can. An example is that I took a taxi one night for which the fare was 20 soles. I had a 10 soles bill and a 50 soles bill. The driver could not change the 50. The desk clerk saw that we were having difficulty on the security camera so he came out and paid the fare, allowing me to reimburse the hotel the following day. As for location, the hotel is located near all types of restaurants and shops. There is an upscale restaurant located next door where they serve delicious alpaca steaks, ceviche, salmon, etc. Located just down the hill is a quaint cafe/coffee shop which serves various flavors of coffee, empanadas, and paninis. A little further down the hill is Jacks, one of our favorite restaurants. Overall, I recommend this hotel if one wants to experience Cusco on a budget yet at its finest.

This accommodation is in a great location, within walking distance of many great restaurants, cafés, and other tourist attractions. We initially booked for 2 nights, and due to a change of schedule, we needed to add one extra night. And that's when we discovered they were not as friendly as we thought. Not only did she keep harassing us for cash payment like we were going to run away, but she also asked us to move to a different room, smaller, and darker, for the same price we paid through Orbitz. The breakfast buffet was quite good, located in a very nice bright area in the middle of the building (courtyard). We didn't touch much else on their breakfast buffet, since we're not big on processed foods such as sausages. The first two mornings we were able to order two eggs for each of us, but for the third morning, they refused to give us two eggs without any explanation. The first room was more comfortable, the second room we were moved to the beds weren't as comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but patience is needed for the water pressure, etc. There was a room heater if needed. Despite the great location, we would never go back to this accommodation.

This is an excellent place to stay. Comfortable, cozy and clean. The staff is very accommodating to our needs. We were there as a larger group and whatever we needed from recommendations to transportation to currency exchange assistance, they provided us with help.

Such an amazing place to stay! The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and you have cleaning services everyday. We loved the central location as it was so easy to get to the plaza, restaurants, tons of shops. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and fresh. The staff was incredible as well. You can’t go wrong by choosing to stay here.

Goodness, we had an amazing experience at Apu Huascaran. The rooms are both spacious and comfortable. The view from the rooftop is incredible. The breakfast each morning are so fresh, delicious, and filling. It is located in a great place for easy walking to many fun places and eateries. The cost for the experience was absolutley fantastic.

The beds were very nice, they were made every day when we were gone and the rooms were fully cleaned as well. They wouldn’t let me take up my bags myself and insisted on making everything easier. We stayed for over a week and we payed less than $300 USD. The service was amazing and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Cusco.

In all of my years of traveling in South America, I have never once stayed at a hotel more excellent than Huascaran Casa Boutique Cusco. The food they serve at breakfast is splendid. The room service is impeccable. And the staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. 5 stars!
