Waman Qorikancha

I stayed at the Waman Qorikancha Hotel for 5 nights. The hotel in Cusco has three stars, but it does not deserve it at all. Apart from the excellent location in the historical center, I can't say anything. I was put in a room (like an attic), where there was nothing: closet, fridge, chair, heater, even hangers or at least nails for clothes, glass and much more. The most important thing is that the shower didn't work(( After unpleasant explanations (absolute unwillingness to listen to me, it was true gaslighting), after calling the owner I was moved to another room, but it was different only on the floor and the fact that the shower worked, and that's all. The room is so cold. It's a pity that everywhere: on the street, in restaurants, the guides are such friendly, kind people, but at the reception they are so indifferent and inhospitable. Answering the questions, they don't look at you, they continue typing on the computer, as a result you won't get what you asked for. I think that in any hotel the phrases "I can't help you", "It's impossible", which I heard at the reception many times, are unacceptable. It is very sad that with such amazing, unforgettable excursions in this wonderful country, with the excellent organization of my tour as a whole by Beru Peru, I had such a sad experience in this hotel. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

This used to be my first choice in Cuzco …. It’s now a shadow of itself. The owners got greedy and have over stuffed the building with rooms, even the basement is being cluttered with new rooms. The result: service staff is overwhelmed, breakfast is a disaster, food runs out, there aren’t even enough coffee cups !! Come on… this is just greed

Hotel muito limpo, confortável e bonito, numa construção antiga em localização excepcional, bem ao lado do Convento Santo Domingo, Koricancha, de fácil acesso a todo centro histórico. Destaque para o atendimento gentil e simpático da Lucero, do turno da manhã, e da atendente da tarde, que me escapou o nome. Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos. Excelente custo-benefício.

Una excelente opción, buena ubicación a pocas cuadras de la plaza de armas. habitaciones amplias y limpias, Personal atento dispuesto a resolver la solicitudes. El hotel cuenta con un área de masajes uno de los mejores masajes que he recibido.

Atendimento muito bom, conseguimos agendar na hora. Equipe bem preparada, massagistas experientes, uma ótima experiência. Recomendo a massagem inca, com pedras quentes e aromaterapia. Uma ótima opção para os turistas de Cusco relaxarem

Excelente lugar, muy bonito, el personal amable y atento en todo momento. Queda a pocos minutos de la plaza de armas, estaciones de tren, el mercado san pedro, restaurantes y lugares turisticos. Buen desayuno tipo buffet. 100% recomendado
