Chindonan Dive and Beach Resort

如果主要目的是為了潛水的話，強烈推薦這個酒店，而且性價比很高，晚餐雖然簡單但是味道真的很好。酒店老闆自己是很有經驗的沉船潛導，他會帶你體驗和其他潛店不同的沉船路線，夜潛也很棒。從酒店到幾條沉船都在10分鐘以內，中午還能回酒店沖涼午休。

The atmosphere here is wonderfully quiet and relaxing – exactly what we were looking for. Some construction is ongoing, which can be a bit disturbing, but the policy of halting work on request is a fair and effective solution. The staff were always polite, welcoming, and genuinely kind. We especially enjoyed the food: always fresh, local, and delicious (with authentic Filipino flavors as far as we could tell). We felt truly welcome throughout our stay. Diving with Matt was an absolute highlight – he did an outstanding job guiding us through the wrecks and tailoring the dives to suit all guests. His passion for diving really shines through and made the experience unforgettable. It’s also worth mentioning that all staff spoke English well enough for easy conversation, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. A few practical notes: • Power interruptions and slightly yellowish water may be an issue for some, but we didn’t mind. • The new Starlink WiFi is fast and reliable for such a remote island. • The “beach” part of the name can be misleading for non-divers, as there isn’t much beach at high tide. • Each room only has one key, so if you lock it and keep it with you, the room can’t be cleaned. Once we asked, the staff explained it to us. Overall, this resort is a gem for divers and anyone seeking peace and nature. Beautiful atmosphere, great food, outstanding diving, and wonderful people – we would definitely recommend it.

在决定预定这家酒店前我花了点时间查看了近期的点评，建立了合理的预期。抵达后发现总体而言好于预期。酒店新换了主人，Mats还是管理层，同时身兼潜店经理，教练和DM。客房房间是新装修的，空调和电扇工作正常，卫生间清洁，海景一流，大堂的位置还新装了星链和太阳能供电，所以，我们有24小时的网络连接，在一天的大多数时间也有供电，可以使用空调。淋浴的热水也有改进。最好的是离沉船潜点只有十几分钟的快船船程，可以在科隆镇的大批潜水员到达前慢慢地探索宁静没有扬尘的沉船空间。同时酒店码头前100米左右的海底斜坡上长满了连绵2-3公里的珊瑚，我花了三个下午浮潜去探索，非常值得推荐。 Before deciding to book this hotel, I took some time to check recent reviews and set reasonable expectations. Upon arrival, I found that it exceeded my expectations overall. The resort has a new owner, and Mats is still part of the management team, serving as both the dive shop manager and a coach/DM. The rooms are newly renovated, with air conditioning and fans working properly, the bathrooms are clean, and the sea view is excellent. The lobby has also been equipped with Starlink and solar power, providing us with 24-hour internet access and electricity for most of the day, allowing us to use the air conditioning. The hot water in the shower has also improved. The best part is that the wreck dive sites are only 15 minutes speedboat ride away, allowing us to explore the peaceful wreck site without dust before the crowds of divers from Coron arrive. Additionally, about 100 meters from the hotel dock, the underwater slope is covered with coral stretching for 2-3 kilometers, which I spent three afternoons snorkeling to explore. It’s highly recommended.

The resort is set on a small island away from the loud town. The staff was beyond amazing, as well as the food. What I enjoyed most was the diving opportunities and the chance to sit down with other divers and the instructor and enjoy great conversation about the area and diving. Much better than being in the nearby town and only getting the dive experience. We loved every minute of our stay. It's perfect for those thinking about diving as well as the experienced diver. 10/10

From the start, Matt (manager and dive instructor) went above and beyond. He is fast to answer email and inquiries and his transfer from the airport to the resort was flawless. Everything was set up and as expected. The staff is super nice and accommodating. Jeff djs great music in the afternoons The rooms are spacious and very clean. Very safe resort to stay at. Totally worth spending the extra $$ on this resort. Aside from great accommodations and staff, the resort is smack in the middle of the wrecks so when the coast guard shut down Coron town dive operations, we were able to dive because of the protected area we were in and the close dive sites. Another reason it is worth the extra $$ is that it includes breakfast and dinner. These 2 meals were full meals and made to order. Delicious and tasty! Massages were right on the property and the gals did great pressure massages. I don’t know what laundry additive they use, but it is fantastic ! Water is all filtered so no concerns about that issue. Matt did an outstanding job leading and coordinating the daily trips. He kept track of individual divers to ensure the we would dive all the wrecks in the area rather than repeating.

The transfers arranged by the hotel were easy and efficient. The location is stunning!
