Hotel Posada Quinta Las Flores

As soon we arrived to the hotel we met singular person named Ofhir, who besides being very kind and helpful, he introduced himself very courteously and said that everything we needed he was at our service (even if needed something from the pharmacy which was several blocks away) He parked our vans, helped with our luggage and went to fetch some items we needed from the mentioned pharmacy bringing the purchase tickets. At the front desk the service was outstanding also, Alondra and Mariana answered all our questions and in the evening Hector and Daniel were more than happy to help us in everything we wanted Summarising, all staff was increíble their service is remarkable (Hilton or Waldorf Astoria’ s level ) The rooms were spacious and clean The gardens were beautiful and the pool was impecable. I will also take the time to mention the personnel who keeps our rooms clean and neat: Reynaldo, Katya, Monserrat, Sílvia, Blanca, Irma and Victoria At the dining room we were also treated as royalty, every detail was fulfilled surpassing our expectations: Javier, Luis, Rolando, Rosario and Eduardo service is commendable Andres is in charge of cleaning and keeping those beautiful gardens in good conditions, and he certainly do a great job Jose is in charge of maintenance and he even explained me where the temperature meters of the pool were and he set it to warm temperature of 30 * C. The food was delicious thanks to the efforts and good taste of their chefs: Reynaldo, Hugo and Antonio Overall, our experience was flawless and me as an American Airline employee and on behalf of my family highly recommend this place Even more, you can be in downtown in 20 minute jogging distance Next time I go there, will book again Quinta Las Flores without hesitation

Quinta Las Flores is a lovely, traditional hotel operated by people who understand the meaning of the word "hospitality." From assistance with luggage to special room requests to knowing how I liked my breakfast before I even sat down to assistance with navigating Cuernavaca, I felt safe and welcome and attended to for every minute of my two-week stay. The grounds are lovely and peaceful (if you stay here be sure to reserve an afternoon just to sit in the garden and sip a cool drink). My room was very comfortable and had been updated recently. The bathroom was spotless with all the towels and toiletries I could ever need. I saw no insects of any kind in my room during my 14-day stay. The restaurant makes delicious food (breakfast pastries cooked onsite). My only disappointment was that during my stay, except for weekends, it was closed after about 4:00 P.M. There is a big grocery store and a few restaurants close by. I didn't feel comfortable walking to them after dark. The staff at the reception desk were very kind about calling reliable taxis, which always arrived within a few minutes.

Unfortunately, what once was my favorite weekend getaway turned into a 3rd. rate motel after the pandemic. Understaffed, poor food quality and portions, the same pool furniture for the past 10 years, very old bathrooms not environment friendly. Our last visit was a nightmare, we parked our car two blocks away because they were hosting a conference and have no garage, when we asked for the valet/bellboy/gardener/pool boy, he was not available because he was helping in the conference. On top of that and even though we made our reservation 3 weeks in advanced we had no room. The front desk/concierge/reservations/towel girl told us that she “forgot” to make our reservations, coincidentally the same weekend they were hosting a wedding. Even though she told us that our usual suite was booked and she gave us different options, needless to say their reservation system is literally a note pad and a pencil and our names were clearly erased from the room we booked. Avoid this place at all costs, fortunately there are lot of better options in Cuernavaca.

Es un lugar cómodo, con un bello jardín y un restaurante bueno, -sugiero el flan- Los cuartos están limpios y cómodos y el servicio increíble!! Atentos y expeditos! Muchas felicidades! Tienen mesitas en el jardín y una alberca linda. Está cerca de calles transitadas pero no se escucha el ruido.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel, ruhig gelegen. Zimmer komplett zum Garten sind zu bevorzugen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Frühstück gibt es a la Karte. Obst, Brötchen, Eier bis zu typische mexikanischer Küche. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Das Restaurant konnten wir nicht testen, da es bei unserem Aufenthalt geschlossen war. Einziger kleiner Mangel: die Bäder könnten renoviert werden.

Pasamos un fin de semana extraordinario. Excelente hotel, económico, limpio y con muy buen servicio de todo el personal. Además tiene muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro. Los desayunos son deliciosos y súper completos, incluido en el alojamiento.
