The 4 of us came to stay for a couple of days and booked 2 treatments each and oh what joy! The spa facility is fantastic, the gym is all there, the staff are all helpful and in particular, the full body massage that Louisa gave me was the best I've ever had anywhere! And a special mention to Sam who helped me out with a couple of questions on reception!

Top quality from start to finish, food, service, bedroom, spa - it is all fabulous. Dinner was amazing, the breakfast also top notch, with a varied menu for all, no matter what you're into, quail, caviar, salmon, you name it. The bedroom was lovely, large and well appointed. Coffee machine and tea all there, home made biscuits etc... Same with the shower and bath, all lovely & nice products supplied. The Spa is gorgeous too. Cannot fault it in any way.

Lovely place with extremely helpful and attentive staff. Food was lovely and again staff were excellent!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for my wife’s birthday and will definitely return again!! They do have electric car charging points too!

The building itself is stunning and our room was complete perfection. When we arrived we were greeted by a wonderful receptionist who was so kind, friendly and professional. The staff at the hotel are incredible and it was a really special experience to be served by them all. The value for money for the whole stay was worth every penny. 100% booking here again.

The Spa Suite room was lovely and comfortable with lots of space outside for relaxing on sun beds. The Spa itself was well stocked with towels, robes and flip flops and clean. The pools were well maintianed. All the staff were very polite, happy and helpful. The food was excellent. I also enjoyed a wonderful facial.

We had a fantastic stay at Ockenden Manor. The hotel & our room were so tastefully decorated, with very little grey in sight, how refreshing! All of the staff went above & beyond. There was a technical hitch with our 3rd party voucher which was sorted out professionally without any hassle for us. The facilities in the spa are 100% and everything is clean and very well maintained. Our evening meal was also 5* and we will definitely be back.

I visited Ockenden Manor for the first time with my friend for a spa day. The day included full use of facilities, a 30 minute treatment and afternoon tea. The spa was modern , well equipped and not overly busy so was able to make full use of the facilities. I can’t comment on the hotel as we didn’t stay however we had our afternoon tea in the hotel restaurant which was lovely. The food and drink was of high quality, served in pretty china, just as an afternoon tea should be. Both staff at the hotel and spa were very friendly and welcoming. My only criticism would be that the spa was extremely warm on the day we visited and changing facilities were limited. Most of the changing facilities are communal however I personally prefer private rooms, which were very few. Would happily visit again!

We've eaten here many times but this was a first time at the spa. It was early in the week and therefore very quiet. The indoor/outdoor pools were the perfect temperature for us nd being able to swim through from one to the other, a bonus. Indoor and outdoor jacuzzis were relaxing. An excellent sauna with ice shower right beside it was a combination of pleasure and endurance - loved it. Steam room. Tea/coffee/water on tap. All very relaxing. Warm unfussy welcome and a very enjoyable experience all round. The dining afterwards was pleasant enough (as it always has been). The menu wasn't particularly broad but all the options were tempting enough and delivered on taste. I do prefer more informal dining but the service was friendly enough. I know restaurants have to make a mark up on drinks but paying three times as much for a sussex beer than I do 200m away in the village does grate. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

On recommendation my partner and I booked a last minute get away to Ockenden manor on a Sunday night (Feb 2nd) B&B offer of £232. We stayed in the delightful cozy room called Timothy which is located above the office at the front of the building and a gloriously quirky little room with very comfortable bed it was too. On arrival we were informed that we had use of the spa which closed at 9pm. As we arrived late we didn’t make use of that offer but thought it was a lovely extra. We didn’t have dinner but we did have a few drinks and nibbles in the snuggly tiny bar area. We were well attended by a nice friendly young lady. As we were about to retire to bed we noticed a little sign at the desk notifying guests that there were a couple of spaces available for a massage the next day. I soon booked this! Next morning we enjoyed a modest but tasty cooked breakfast alongside a well stocked buffet. After vacating our room at 11am we made our way to the Spa to relax before enjoying a most superb treatment given by a lady called Molly. We will most certainly be back
