Good service,but a little far from the city which it’ll cost you transportation fees breakfast was really delicious

Always enjoy staying here. Check in and check out was easy. Room was clean, tea and coffee supplied. Would be fantastic if rooms had a fridge though. Breakfast was good, good selection of teas and vegan options available. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only downside would be that the channels on the cable don't really work. Some do but most don't, when travelling with children and none of the children's channels work, it can be a bit of a nuisance. Aside from that I always enjoy staying here. Good location, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Apart from three card entry issues and an incorrect listing on the Trip app regarding parking (£5.14/day rather than the actual £12/day after discount) everything was great. The friendly front desk team were wonderful and the other team around the hotel especially the room staff were really helpful and engaging.

No water given , no toothbrush n paste. Make things worst are actually some of staffs are not interested in answering questions n request from the guests, in particular to one short ass, he replied questions as though you made him do extra job n very reluctantly answer and blame customers for disturbing him. Having this type of unprofessional staffs will ruin the company images.

Very happy with my room and enjoyed a lovely meal in the evening. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Very good hotel with ambiences okay but the key card malfunctioned when I want to get back into my room after I I came back from a party around the area. I had to come down to the reception 3 times because I couldn't get access to my bedroom. It was sorted eventually and I had a nice sleep. Breakfast was top notch 😋😋 I really enjoyed it.

The room we had was just next to the cleaning room. So the whole night, we could hear the door open and close open and close nonstop until very early morning. I don't think I will revisit it, but, in general, the hotel is alright. It is a good location, and the room is clean.

I had a great stay here, breakfast was good. Rooms were clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend and will definitely return when visiting London again :) Thanks

Love this hotel - lovely rooms, big and clean. Bathrooms are gorgeous. The interior of the hotel feels fancy… yet it’s about the third of the price of equivalent hotels in central London. The location is not perfect, but its very close to the trainstation eith direct trains into London. I stay here every month for work, and will continue to do so.

This is a nice hotel in the middle of East Croydon. The location is great and easy to travel to and from. Kieron, at the from desk is amazing. Always willing to help when necessary. The room is nice and clean and has plenty of space.

The reception staff were lovely. Room was a good size. The beds are amazing! I ended up oversleeping. The down sides were the water pressure and ventilation system. The hot water in the sink had a very slow flow and the show pressure was poor. The ventilation system did not work, however a portable heater was provided. The only problem with that was if it got too hot, there was no way of cooling the room. Besides all of that I would stay here again.
