The greeting at reception was friendly and we added the breakfast to our stay on arrival - well worth it. Our room was medium sized, good shower and ample storage space for our stay. The bath towels were luxurious and the addition of a bottle of water and tea making facilities in the room was great. Wimbledon was on so great to have the tv and free Wi-fi was an added bonus. Limited car parking but we did not experience an issue.

A warm friendly welcome, our room was on the ground floor thankfully as no lift. Small but cosy and had everything we needed from hairdryer, tea & coffee,and a clean comfy bed. Breakfast was a 10 out of 10. Friendly service, good choice from cereals, pancakes and a full breakfast with lovely thick crusty toast. Our room was spotless. We had a lovely comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful guesthouse close to the seafront. Room was clean, had everything required for our stay. The friendly team from reception, breakfast which was 5* quality and choice and through to checking out made our stay that more enjoyable. Would highly recommend & plan to return

I recieved a Warm welcome on arrival, was given small double with own bathroom on the ground floor, the room looked recently refurbished..it was spotlessly clean, the bed and bedding were superb.Good choice of breakfast in the morning promptly served with a smile . What more do you need.

From start to finish, our long weekend was superb. Welcomed the minute we stepped in, and told where everything was! The room was very clean, having all we required. As others say, dated but not a problem in our eyes. The shower was hot and powerful, with superb shower jel provided, and scented toilet rolls, and thick new bath towels. Tv would be better facing the bed. Tea an coffee supplied, and beds were large and very comfy. Breakfast came in abundance with a big variety catering for all diets. So accommodating. Waiters and cleaners were very professional, and courteous and efficient in their jobs. Parking was limited and ended up the street. Would highly recommend this hotel to stay at. Location really good, within walking distance of town, and a great crazy golf course on the sea front.

We arrived around midday and although check in wasn't until 2, we were able to park at the premises and go off for lunch. We had a ground floor seaview room with lots of space and very clean and modern. Very comfy beds and everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing and plenty of it. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay again. Great value for money.
