Premier Inn Bristol Cribbs Causeway (M5, J17)

What a fab hotel straight off the m5 near to the shopping centre of cribbs causeway Bristol large free car park on site big reception with friendly staff and lots of seating and tvs bar and restaurant serving quality food and drinks at good prices our room was on 2nd floor via lift or stairs I must say it's a long corridor to our room it was a twin room with a luxurious double and single bed good lighting sockets and more wardrobe tea coffee facilities and desk with chair plus hairdryer and air con and heating bathroom spacious white towels bath with shower however the cold tap didn't work brilliant so my bath was super hot like me we had a brilliant meal deal which is well worth it so we will definitely be back

Excellent service, rooms were immaculate. Great spacious baths. Showers were luxurious . Food service and choice were amazing . Beds were very comfortable and warm. Extra pillow service was lovely , all in all a very relaxing and enjoyable stay with great views

First time staying here, as a disabled lady most of the disabled parking spaces were taken up by work vans and bmw drivers, the lift wasn’t working, our rooms next to the stairs so we heard every single step from 6.30am to 12 midnight, breakfast was a joke we had to wait 20 minutes to get a table then most of the food had gone, the room was ok but not very clean mostly the bathroom, we wouldn’t stay again

A excellent hotel. Spotlessly clean, relaxing furnishing and a great room. Staff extremely helpful especially lady called Rachel and Stacie., also the barman Junior. A wonderful stay. Great evening meal and breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for agreat stay.

From the moment all the different number of teams arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating to all the large groups. They were so helpful with everything from coordinating meal times The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided a much-needed restful night's sleep after a long day of competing. The location was ideal, close to the competition venue. and other amenities. Breakfast was fantastic,. We really appreciated the friendly and efficient service. It made our competition weekend so much smoother and less stressful. We highly recommend this Premier Inn. Thank you for a brilliant stay, will definitely return.

Can truly say we love this hotel, the staff have been fantastic and truly accommodating to the needs of our stay. The rooms have been clean and tidy and despite the footfall from such a large group. The food has been great and turn around for tables outstanding. The staff are a credit to the management and added to the quality of our stay.
