Travelodge Crewe

This is my 3rd visit to this hotel. Lovely quiet room,plenty of space, large comfy bed,additional pillows if you want them, immaculately clean, even a cooling fan in the room. Plenty of amenities within walking distance, including a pub literally a couple of minutes walk.Again the staff always ready to help. Will definitely be back!

We had broken down so needed somewhere to stay at short notice. Matt on reception was sympathetic and welcoming and really made us feel looked after. Great value at £37 for a Sunday night and didn't need to check out until 12pm which really helped us sort out the car and onward trail arrangements.

Dealt with two female members of staff (apologies can't remember names), evening and morning - very accommodating and helpful in relation to finding a quiet room among other things. Today I realised I left my washbag containing clippers and other stuff, and so rang the hotel and another member of staff called Olga went above and beyond - finding the item so my family member can collect. Thanks to all the staff! PS: Pub nearby is not particularly cheap but decent.

Really nice place but no extras. But you know what you’re getting. Great, friendly customer service. When something went wrong (which was no one’s fault, we were moved without a hitch and the problem was resolved.

It was perfectly adequate. Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, linen was fresh and clean, spacious clean bathroom, lots of hot water, Breakfast available although I didn’t do that. Nothing not to like , great price.

Me and my family have eight tried to stay at Airbnb and it ended up being extremely dangerous and extremely cold for two infants and two toddlers so we had to find somewhere fast and ended up finding this travel lodge and we couldn’t have been happier with receiving the best care that they could possibly have gave us in such quick notice They had everything ready and both rooms clean and warm before we go there and the member of staff were so friendly, we couldn’t of asked for anything more. We cant thank them enough for everything. We will definitely be back next time.
