Premier Inn Gatwick Crawley (Goff's Park)

Well, where do I begin? We chose this hotel asl it is close to Gatwick. However, on entering we thought we were arriving at one of those American motels you see criminals go in on a movie. The hotel is very dated and could do with a lick of paint. The bathroom in our room could also do with a lick of paint, some new skirting board, oh, and a total rip out and refeb. The beds were umcfortable and need need replacing. The view from the room was just amazing. Rubbish, bushes and a wall. The place is extremely dated and needs to be ripped out and re done. The only positive thing here were the staff. All lovely and helpful.

Outside looked drab. Staff were very helpful. Not much parking. Overlooked onto a roof full of rubbish. No heating in bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Needs refurbishment. Have stayed in better Premier Inn. Went to Toby Inn for breakfast.

Lovely welcome when arrived. Accessible room was clean but be mindful that the hotel only has a lowered bath with rails. This worked for us but might not for all. Ate in the bar/ restaurant twice for dinner. Good options and what we had was really good. The staff were friendly but despite the restaurant and bar being almost empty on both nights, the service was slow. Big shout out to Kristel who is a star. Such a bubbly and friendly woman and always happy to help.
