Lovely welcome when arrived. Accessible room was clean but be mindful that the hotel only has a lowered bath with rails. This worked for us but might not for all. Ate in the bar/ restaurant twice for dinner. Good options and what we had was really good. The staff were friendly but despite the restaurant and bar being almost empty on both nights, the service was slow. Big shout out to Kristel who is a star. Such a bubbly and friendly woman and always happy to help.

Lovely stay at this hotel, really easy to find, quick check in, vending machine for drinks which is a good touch, super comfortable bed, really quiet, lovely breakfast in the morning with kids eating free! Kristel was fantastic, we was a large family all booked in & she did amazing! Defo missing a trick not having the restaurant or bar open before 5pm though on weekdays, you lost out on a lot of money as the large family gathering had to go elsewhere on arrival for a late lunch

Clean, tidy and great staff. Welcomed by a very helpful Matt on reception for a night stay before our trip. He advised us if we were to eat there we should invest in a meal deal. So we did...£53 well spent! Nice meal in the restaurant, efficiently served by Raymund (starter, main course and a glass of Pironi). Tomorrow we will have an unlimited breakfast also included in the price. Room is basic but comfortable, bed soft, linen crisp and clean. Tea and coffee available. Great value all round.

Honestly Kristel & Gary made my stay easy and relaxing very friendly and welcome. I was fasting for Ramadan and they made sure my food was prep just on time to break my fast! I recommend this hotel for goof customer service Lovely people 5 star customer service

Friendly quick check-in, Decor was tired in need of new carpet and net curtain torn. Only one bath towel in room. Very loud bathroom fan. No AC but windows could be opened. Breakfast took over 45 minutes to cook and they ran out of bread for toast. Parking was easy and free.

Excellent service from Kristel. She was very attentive and a joy to be served by. The food was very good and came piping hot. Good valve for money and friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this premier Inn to anyone travelling to London.

Kristel was the perfect host. Guided us through the menu and made sure everything was right & top notch. We couldn’t have had a nicer nor more considerate waitress, Kristel made sure we were fully satisfied. We will definitely be back for more

To summarise - Tired, run down and full of refugees. Time to shut it down… drove past one of the dual carriage away about a mile down the road which looked more appealing, although staying for a funeral the next day it was a consideration to ask for a transfer! Room was do able but couldn’t wait to check out the next day.

Stayed here for work and the staff were fantastic, although they were very busy, and there were only 2 members of staff in. Dee-anna was great and honestly, she is a real credit to your organisation. She works well under pressure and can calm any situation. I felt very comfortable and at ease staying here. Thank you once again.
