Premier Inn London Gatwick Airport East

Had to stay here as EasyJet cancelled our flight we had to book something. Urgent

I have stayed at many Premier Inns, but this was my first experience at a local one, and I was truly impressed by the staff’s exceptional service and genuine customer care. A special thanks to Alla, who made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. She ensured I had a comfortable room, and I couldn’t have asked for more. I’d also like to acknowledge Terri, whose bubbly personality, professionalism, and helpful attitude stood out. I had arranged for a parcel to be delivered to the hotel, and the reception team handled it seamlessly. They made sure all staff were informed, ensuring a smooth process. Jay at reception was also brilliant—attentive, helpful, and quick to answer all my queries. The restaurant staff at Premier Inn Manor Royal were equally wonderful. One lady, in particular, was very welcoming and took great care in noting my son's allergies. However, I do wish there were more gluten-free options available. One thing to note is that this hotel does not have its own restaurant, which might be a consideration for some guests. Overall, I’m really glad I chose to stay here instead of the North Terminal location. Thank you once again to the entire team—management should be proud of such outstanding staff!

Stayed here after a flight, for a rest before driving home. The hotel was OK, the staff friendly, but really object to being hit with a £100 parking fine a week after getting home. We were assured it would be cancelled 3 times, before being threatened with legal action. Now paying £120!! Premier Inn are not interested at all and just keep fobbing you off. Avoid if possible!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with my stay, the staff and room were both amazing I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants an hotel near Gatwick. Jay was a pleasure to be served by at reception and made sure my stay was the best experience

We stayed the night before our early flight and was greeted by the MOST friendly staff member called Jay. He went above and beyond for us and even helped us source some pens so our daughter could use her colouring book. The room was clean and tidy and there is a lovely pub next door serving a range of food - the curry was lovely but lots of choice from pizza, Sunday lunch - lots of vegetarian options - caters for all! Definitely recommend for a night before stay when flying from Gatwick too VERY close to the airport 🛫. Thanks again Jay for saving out daughter from being bored silly! X

It was a Lovely hotel the staff were friendly and professional, the room was a good size, clean and with a set of decent blackout curtains unlike other hotels which is great for sleeping. Bathroom was a good size and nicely decorated. Will definitely stay again.
