The gym room is good and the room is perfect for couples. Not to mention the service. Overall, it’s a great place and look forward to a next one!

The hotel looks very 1970s from the outside however the Inside is modern, very clean and excellent staff. Breakfast was well presented and plentiful. The room was very comfortable and as we booked a premier king size had ample space. The coffee machine was a nice touch. Well recommended.

We had a nice stay in a new clean room. Our room was upgraded to a bigger size king bed which is nice as no available twin room. We enjoyed the lounge and had a few drinks and nibbles just in time after arriving from long travel. Overall stay was fantastic.’

Okay location from airport. There is a shuttle bus that runs to both terminals for £5 pp. The location of the hotel is amongst residential homes and the rooms are not sound proofed enough. It was very noisy. Bring earplugs. Room is spotless. Amenities are great. Coffee. Tea. Biscuits. Toiletries in room and on request. Perfect for one night stay before or after a visit to Gatwick Airport.

It was okay, it is not located at the airport but around 15 mins away by bus. Not too clean as found hair all over the bed and the bathtub but staff is very kind!

All checked out, except that location was not as close to the Gatwick Airport as thought.

The location is a bit far from Gatwick, need to call a taxi and quite expensive. Other than that the service is great

Excellent upon arrival was upgraded without asking. absolutely wonderful gesture, staff was 110% wonderful helpful people all thru the stay. Couldn't of asked for a better experience.

The best option to stay in London from Gatwick. The staff so kind, educated and always friendly. They checked all the time our stay necessities. Help us with an extra sofa bed, I will appreciate it all the rest of my life. The breakfast are amazing options, excellent quality, good taste and comfortable into the salon. Very near to the airport (access), big rooms and amenities are higher level than I have seen in Europe.

Terrible experience

From the minute we walked through the door we were greeted by friendly and supportive staff, who went that extra mile to make our stay absolutely perfect. Would recommend to anyone using Gatwick Airport. The bed was so comfortable, everything spotless. I would struggle to find anything negative to say about the hotel.
