Pretty decent hotel staff was friendly and welcoming

Out of location, very good hotel. You can relax and enjoy full english breakfast!!!

This is a great place to stay if leaving early or arriving later into Gatwick. Located off the road in a rural setting, with a lovely pub with beer garden. Quiet and relaxing.

Basic facilities but well located for airport. Hotline to taxi firm in lobby but early morning taxi was expensive for distance covered

The room was really nice and comfortable and the hotel was in a lovely location next door to a bar/restaurant. The room was clean and spacious and thr hotel had a later than most check out time which was great for a lie in. Although we didn't have breakfast it did smell great.

4th or 5th stay and always goes really well. Clean, Modern and organised; plus being so close to the airport it really is excellent value. Special credit to reception staff members Ashley and Hanley, who both worked really hard to find us rooms when we arrived way outside of our planned check in time - fantastic service and super friendly. The bar area is also super cozy for an evening drink/hangout. If you’re travelling early or arriving late, staying here is basically a no brainer.

Airport hotels can be expensive, but this Premier Inn, a short bus ride from Gatwick Airport, steals the show on price. Yes, it’s a little old and tired even, but the rooms are a nice size with a comfy bed and en-suite bathroom. There are tea making facilities in the room and complimentary hot drinks at reception. The staff is helpful and pleasant. The hotel does good deals on breakfast and dinner, too. It’s hard to beat on an overnight stay. Local buses can get you to the Inn nice and quickly. Not a bad find.

Booked this hotel as was offered a complimentary breakfast free, we booked in on Thursday 2nd jan night, and was told our early morning breakfast was cancelled, even though we had 2 emails from them confirming that restaurant was open from 5.30 for early peoples flights, it had now changed to 6.30, which was too late for us, and no email to confirm this change, receptionist was rude, give it a miss. With paying out for a room, but then paying out for something to eat at airport wasn’t on!

Again, an absolute shambles. What is going on with Premier Inn? I used to stay here often but doubt that I will now. Lifts don’t work, miss-leading advertising - they do have a restaurant on site but neglect to tell you that it isn’t open on the app / website. Disingenuous.

Excellent airport hotel. The staff are very helpful and polite. Doesn't offer dinner but there is a restaurant next door. In the morning it has a lovely breakfast room. The food is perfect. The room was spotless, highest standard what i have seen in a long time. Bed is very comfortable. The building is a bit tired but the staff makes everything perfect.

It's a Premier Inn so you know what to expect and the facilities are typical of the Brand. The welcome is warm and genuine and the breakfasts good and plentiful. I stay here reasonably frequently through work and have never been dissappinted. Plentiful parking is a bonus as I drive a coach not at the airport but close enough and with an easy access bus service from the stop on the main road if required. Adjacent is a charming pub that does good food at lunch and in the evening complementing nicely the Premier Inn full English.

Probably the worst night sleep in a hotel weve ever had. We were in a ground floor room #28, with our 2 kids. From about 3am to 5am the room directly above were excessively loud, with banging. My wife had to go to the front desk at 4:30am. Kids were woken up several times, nightmare. Not the start of our holiday we wanted. On the positive side breakfast was good.
