The second floor consists of an open living room and dining area with a central 3-sided marble fireplace, a fully equip kitchen & a master bedroom/bathroom. (two patios on this level) The third floor consists of a loft area over looking living space that has a bedroom, 2 sitting areas, and a half bathroom. Entire home will be available for each booking. Other things to note Property is located in the Hudson River Valley 2.5 hours north of New York City. Sleepy Hollow Lake is a 2200 acre private community surrounding a 2 1/2 mile lake. Guests will have access to all Sleepy Hollow amenities including, beach access, pools, tennis courts, basketball courts and dog beach/park. The town of Hudson is 15 mins away from the property which is famous for restaurants, art galleries and antic shops. Albany, New York is a half hour away from property.
