The best in cox bazar

Disgusting, rooms pictures are not exact and also they’re asking for extra money to get the same room seen online, Also don’t have any facilities

Unfortunately food was not good according to my taste. Rather expensive too!

Very nice hotel with very good service staff we came to cox bazar with a large group 150 people we thought it will take lots of time for check in to the room but we got our room early in the morning Mr.Ebrahim do all the checks in very smoothly he very good at his service we must say. All other departments are very good at three service.

It was absolutely awesome experience at Best Western Heritage. All staffs behaviour was nice. I am totally pleased. Specially Mr. Siju & Osman Goni in restaurant are Polite person and smile face It was a Great. So thanks Best Western. We will come again.

It was an amazing stay. It is one of the best hotels in Cox's Bazar. The hotel was well-maintained. Specials thank Mr Shuvo Sen for giving us so much support and the best services. also, thanks to the front desk. Nice to talk with you Mr. shuvo sen. i will come again.

Very helpful staffs, overall service is amazing. Breakfast is excellent...Wide choice of food. . Esp. live cheese omelette made by Ms Rafia. Housekeeping support is good, proactive and prompt .. neat rooms.. overall experience is wonderful

Best western heritage is the best hotel in cox,s bazar,we enjoyed our stay a lot,reception swimming pool,restaurant overall service nice,staff are very friendly,enjoy the evening music,with the family,Special Mr.Tarek & Redwan bhai very much helpful.

One of the finest stay in Coxs Bazar. The rooms were very clean and elegant with extraordinary view from the balcony. The overall staff services were great. Tarek( Front Desk Manager) , Raju ( Food and Beverage Manager) Jalil ( The senior room attendant) including other staffs as well were very friendly and well behaved and always having the urge to serve their best. Overall an extraordinary stayfication at the hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable for couples, families and all foreigners or locall visitors to cox bazar Im strongly recommended this hotel for long time vacations The staff are amazing and good behavior a specialy Mr.Tareq Aziz Asst.front office Manager .I appreciate his kindness and cooperation Thanks a lot for a wonderful hospitality.
