Conveniently located near I-12 and close to popular attractions including Abita® Brewing Company, sports fields and Covington’s historic downtown which offers terrific restaurants, antique shops and galleries. Best Western Covington is within minutes of Northpark Office Park, and other major local businesses like Chevron, SCP Pool, and Wal-Mart Supercenter.
Renovated in 2017, Best Western Covington offers 72 guest rooms on 2 floors. Most rooms offer the convenience of being able to pull up and park right outside the room.
We also have meeting/banquet rooms, a business center, a large outdoor pool and a fitness center.
All rooms are non-smoking and feature LVT flooring (no carpet), mini refrigerators, microwaves, single serve coffee makers, hair dryers and irons.
We also offer a limited number of pet friendly (no cats)rooms for which there is a $30/per night fee.

The gentleman who checked me in was very accommodating and very nice. The room was clean and spacious, however, it's old and needs a facelift. The beds and pillows were horrible so the intended stay was for a good night's sleep and instead woke up with stiff neck and aching back. Breakfast was less than par. Won't stay again.

when you walk in the room, you immediately got an unpleasant smell. The bed did not appear to have been changed from the last person that stayed there, I only had one day of shampoo & conditioner, no refill on the second day of coffee. Overall, an unpleasant stay.

Bathroom was nasty. Trash on sidewalk. No milk for breakfast. Cereal was empty. Had a machine for yogurt it was empty too. Trash all over counters. No jelly for toast.

The first room we went to was dirty. It was obvious the floor had not been washed in a very long time - lots of dirt, dust and sticky substance near bed. The TV did not work. The bathroom floor and walls were dirty, and again it was obvious they had not been clean for a long time. We requested a change of room because the TV did not work. The other room we stayed in was also dirty and obviously not cleaned (floors, wall areas, etc. were filthy). Very disappointing. Also, the breakfast was a disappointment. The yogurt machine was not working, only one type of cereal, but showed more than one choice, same with the juice machine - some were just water not juice. Overall, it just seemed like management and the workers did not care to provide customers with a good experience. We will never book this hotel again!

Check in was fine. This morning when we went for breakfast at 6 am There was no hot water for tea, no sugar. There was dried coffee over the floor near to the waste basket in tge dining room. Almost all 3 cereal containers were empty; there were no spoons! Very disappointed since last visit , it has deteriorated in terms of breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable!
