This is the best place in Coventry to stay. Service is spot on, stayed here for more than a year . The staff are so friendly and the cleaning is too good . Haven’t experienced such lovely places to visit in the world . This is not a understatement to say it is maintained much better than a home

We were greeted and assisted by the very friendly staff. The apartment was really lovely and huge! Right in the middle of Coventry with an NCP car park right next door. We were able to walk everywhere and had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning! Thank you x

While the location is great and the staff is friendly, the Serviced Apartments' booking system cannot handle payment from international customers, so booking was not straight forward. The apartment was clean and spacious however the kitchen is unusable. The main reason I didn't stay in a hotel was that I didn't want to go out to restaurants during my trip which unfortunately I ended up doing. There was only a disconnected oven, and the pots and pans were in such a terrible state I didn't feel comfortable using them for cooking (unless you fancy some Teflon with your meal).

Was here on the 18th of August for my stag do weekend had a fantastic weekend when I was there both the staff and management were excellent from start till finish they didn’t hesitate with anything when you asked them would highly recommend this place till stay.

the location is great, easy to find. we were there 3 nights and had no problems with noise either outside or inside the block. there was a lovely welcome at check in from a most helpful young man. we liked being able to make food and there was a big fridge/ freezer, hob, microwave. it was adequately clean with lovely linen. But, the sofa is a 2 seater (so no relaxing lolling around, we sat like we were in a train carriage! and the sofa was quite worn and saggy in the middle). the major issue was the mattress- it had seen a long life. springs were literally creaking as we moved (and we are not very big people) and we were constantly rolling into the middle where it is so sagging. so we were pretty tired after 3 nights. it was a shame as otherwise its great and we enjoyed our stay in Coventry.
