Amazing hotel amazing staff! Great location on the slopes and with a great restaurant, spacious rooms with beautiful views. a spa right in front of sister hotel. The hotel is just a 5 min walk to the shops and town, and offers parking to its guests

Amazing hotel and the best staff I’ve ever seen! Special thanks to Gian Franco and Enora that started to help me even before I arrived, with restaurant reservation, Loulou taking us around the city at anytime we needed and Geraldo during the delicious breakfast! They made everything become even more special!

Very nice hotel. I would not rate it as 5 stars, as it does not have all ammenities 5-star hotels normally offer. Notwithstanding this, it is an awesome place to stay. Perfectly well located, great staff, excellent breakfast, clean room and ski in/out.

We ate at de he restaurant. We do not stayed at the hotel. Very good dervice, with a nice servers. Well placed at the city downtown. Food was ok. We ate meat, croisette and burger. All the were ok, but not very good as expeted. Next year we will try it again!!

Hotel is nice, location is good for skiers. Brekfest is a shame for 5* hotel. Its like for the 2*. Staff of the hotel doesn’t know English. Reception don’t know English, restaurant doesn’t know English. Some of them are rude, on the reception. Very poor service for the 5 * hotel. Will never reccomend to anyone. Very expensive and very low service, there is no spa wellnnes centar, you need to go to the other hotel to go in spa, but they have all the pictures on booking with spa, not telling to you that there is no spa in the hotel. One word SHAME!

The comfort room with balcony is the Smallest room 15 m2 , poor service , breakfast of a hotel of 2 stars, no options on the buffet compare to other hotels in Europe , The telephone at the room did not work, the room beside us make party every night and the hotel do nothing .

The hotel appears impressive on entering. Previously know as the magic circus hotel. Staff at reception were pleasant. We booked a connecting family room, one room did have a strange smell. We tried calling reception and housekeeping during our stay several times and the call was never picked up. Breakfast was ok, no vegan pastry/croissant options. The shuttle service is awful. Not sure I can speak for the closer disney hotels but if you want to get back to the hotel after watching the night firework display good luck! We witnessed fist fights to get into a shuttle which would come only every 15 mins. If you try and call an Uber from the shuttle stand the drivers will cancel the job due to a scam operating. Uber drivers loiter around the bus stop trying to charge 50 euros Upward for an 8 min journey knowing full well that the uber app quotes only 15 euros. They have clearly agreed with their colleagues not to accept jobs so they can take advantage of desperate travellers who have young children and need to get back to the hotel without having to fight their way into a shuttle.

We stayed for a week as a party of 4. This hotel has been thru a partial renovation,rooms are supposedly renovated but difficult to understand what is new. It’s an old room with rather aged furniture, bathrooms are antiquated . Yo have to beg for disposable shampoos and some water. Breakfast is very very basic for a 4*’s in courchevel, 1 cheese/ 2 cold cuts per day does not count for a ‘buffet’ - not even worth 2 stars . Ski room is an awkward locker, ski shoes are changed in the lobby and you walk back to ski room with socks ?? Bizarre indeed where friendly service can not compensate for fundamental structural problems . Location 5 Rooms& facilities 2.5 Value 2.5 Service 4

As I write the average rating is 4 stars. The hotel claims to be 4 star too. Ewe stayed three nights with two adjoin gin rooms. First the positives - its a great location, and the staff could not be better. Friendly, helpful and attentive. Negatives - The comfort rooms are small. OK for one person but really would be tight even for a couple. The heating is on full all the time and cannot be adjusted as far as I could tell. I literally, left the door to the balcony open all night as it was too hot Finally, breakfast. The buffet is disappointing and no where near 4 stars - 3 would be generous, very generous. The bacon was grey. The scrambled eggs dried out. I ordered an omelette and eggs Benedict on days 2 and 3 which were much better, but a 25-30 Euro charge on top of a 600 per night stay that supposedly includes breakfast was a bit steep. Restaurant appeared fairly quiet at night, which I can understand. I would not have eaten there in the evening after breakfast experience
