This is a fake 5 star hotel. In reality it is a maximum of 3 stars. The business idea of the hotel owners is to sell 3 star rooms at a 5 star price. I have never encountered such a low quality of rooms with broken furniture (the spa has cardboard and vaner walls!) and such unqualified staff. Not only is the breakfast the most primitive, maybe, in all of France, but it is also a daily lottery. You can never be sure that you will have breakfast at all, because the waiters make Brownian motion. The only thing the concierges can do is make mistakes. Chaos is what you feel most often when you ask them to do something.

Great weekend getaway before Christmas. Located in the best area, right on the slopes, making it very easy for the one of us that wanted to ski. The hotel is warm and cozy but yet elegant, the staff is extremely nice and the food was amazing. The breath taking view from the restaurant/bar is for sure one of my favorite things. Would definitely recommend it both for a romantic stay and for a family. Since its renovations, it has become my favorite hotel in Courchevel.

The hotel’s location is ideal, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and direct access to the ski slopes—perfect for ski lovers of all levels. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The food was another highlight of our trip. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the restaurant offered exquisite meals with high-quality ingredients.
