El recepcionista nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y profesionalidad. El hotel está bastante bien, calidad precio. Lo recomiendo.

Excellent bedroom, comfortable large beds, spacious separate bathroom and wash basin area. Bday and bath tub extra bonus. All very well kept in good condition despite being an older hotel. Good location for a nice walk to centre. Great pool area. All kept in basic good decorative order. Food was good, fresh and plentiful.

Recently returned from a week stay, and would NOT recommend this hotel. It was like staying in a prison camp. Asked reception for a 3rd towel to do my hair and was firmly told no they would only supply 2! Had to wait till 10am for them to unlock the sun loungers around the pool ( was told we had to wait for life guard to come on duty, why not at 9am when guests were ready. Was on AI omg absolute joke. Available snacks were fresh fruit, nasty cheap biscuits and some minging cheese and ham slices to make your own sarnies. And the food, omg the worst I've had in years. Pork for lunch and dinner almost every day, poor selection and what they had was poorly cooked using the cheapest nastiest ingredients. Desserts were nasty using cheap processed ingredients. Our room was large but stuck in the 1980s badly needing an update. Corridors had cracked floor tiles and badly needed redecoration. Evening entertainment was a joke, good if you like bingo. Bar was small not enough tables to accommodate guests so had to take drinks to our room. No lounge with only 6 chairs in massive reception area. The hotel tried to charge extras such as safe, 20 euro deposit for beach towels and deposit for plastic cups! Hotel is most definitely not a 4*, hotel does not treat it's visitors as guests and with so many other hotels on the island would definitely choose another one.

I'm booked this hotel for short later minute break chose it because it was cheapest yes I do realise you get what you pay for. It's not cheap for a reason ignore the negative reviews I have no complaints other than the weather. I'm a notoriously poor sleeper but slept really well here better than at home. Shop on site selling souvenirs and holiday essentials you may have forgotten. Rooms are a bit basic but contain everything you need although if like me you like your cuppa take a kettle and cup with you as not provided it even has a bath very rare these days I do like a nice soak of an evening. Be aware that there is only one plug socket in the room. The main town Costa Teguise is about 20 minutes away quite a pleasant stroll along the coastal path. No toilets available though. There's supermarkets and restaurants easily walkable from hotel. Buses go to Costa Teguise and other main towns from immediately behind hotel a couple of beaches en route all quite rocky though. The food is average hotel buffet standard not great and not awful it can be a bit cold if you happen to catch the last of the old batch with live cooking stations providing the main main course it can be a bit repetitive especially for fussy eaters like me. If you're on all inclusive unusually the drinks are not watered down can't comment on alcohol as I'm t-total be aware the pool bar charges €1 for cups refunded on it's return. Pool is too cold to get into even the jacuzzis (only usable with permission from life guards) are freezing. The pool area is lovely but it's impossible to get out of the horrendous chilly wind. The only staff I spoke to were receptionists lovely people with perfect English. Can't do enough to help you.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a long weekend. It was a cheap holiday so all we wanted was a clean base to stay whilst we got some winter sun and ventured out for meals and drinks. We stayed in room 320 which was ok. It was a themed volcanic room which children would find exciting but we were not bothered. There was a safe/ mini fridge and hairdryer and tv. The bed was clean and good sized. The terrace was good to sunbathe and get shelter from the wind so didn’t need to go round the pool area. The only criticism for the room was the stench from the bathroom drains. It smelt of sewerage which wasn’t nice. The mini market was ok for basics but overpriced and with short dates on. The hotel was having painting done but this did not bother us. The breakfast was ok but as a fussy eater I just stuck to toast my partner maxed out on all that was to offer. The price we payed for 4 days we can’t be picky it did the job but if I were here any longer and paid more I wouldn’t be satisfied. The lovebirds on the entrance was a nice touch and they seemed happy and looked after. €5 max taxi ride to the plaza square. We went every night.
