O Hotel está bem localizado, num local muito sossegado, mesmo o local ideal para descansar.
Todos os colaboradores do hotel, prestáveis e simpáticos.
O hotel a meu ver, só teve três problemas, poucos produtos para o regime de “Tudo Incluído”, muito repetitivo nas refeições e servia bolos para sobremesa a saber a produtos descongelados.

The hotel is dated and a rabbit warren to figure out. Arriving late at night there was a basic meal of salad we could have or bread with yogurt. The food was nice for a pile it up and eat with different themes each night. Breakfast again was the same thing but a good variety of choice - unsure about the boiled bacon and white sausage - the beans were cold but the staff in the restaurant approachable and friendly. Meal time on an evening was 8pm which was fairly late - and the local village which is a 5 mile round trip walk away. We hired bikes from the hotel for €9 each for half the day. We had seen the small village in 20 mins. The beach was small - and we declined the ferry to take us over to the other side of the resort. A couple we spoke to said they had a great time. You need to bring your own bottle of water to enable you to fill up the water bottle left in the room. Please take a coffee cup and glass with you from breakfast as you are left with a paper cup which won’t last the week. There is also no coffee in the room so make sure to bring your own. Ice creams are €3.50 but you get 30% off as all inclusive. The day trip to Seville was amazing and would highly recommend. The night entertainment involved picking couples from the audience and insultingly asking other people to guess their age - as you can imagine this was not particularly funny. It’s a very strange hotel and I would liken it to the hotel Cortez…..from American horror Story. It’s the vibe - which is literally non existent. Wi-Fi is good.

We had a great stay, the hotel is quite remote but perfect. We hired a car and I'd recommend a visit to Seville. Lovely hotel. Great service from staff. Fantastic pools and great entertainment. Big shout out to Alvaro and the animation team who work so hard. I would suggest leaving the American night out of the themed nights.

We came for a week from the 17 May & had a lovely stay here. We’ve given it 4 stars based on the fact we were so sad to go. It would have been 5 stars if the evening entertainment was better. Most of the time it was quiz’s & games. I would prefer more acts & singers. Also they use a machine that makes 3 different cocktails & that’s it & most of the time it was broken so I didn’t really get to enjoy any holiday cocktails. One member of the bar staff made me a hand made one on my last night but this was offered for the the days prior. The other thing was our bathroom which unfortunately wasn’t cleaned properly & had hairs & grime on the floor which was sweeped into corners. The all inclusive was pretty good really , lots of choice & themed nights but the puddings were a bit samey. The hotel is situated a short walk to a lovely little beach with a bar & it’s worth catching the ferry over to the sandy strip for walks /sunbathing. El Rompido town is a 25 min walk and has many bars , restaurants & shops , however if you come in May they only open at certain times of the day & we missed it both times- fortunately there was one bar that stayed open & we enjoyed a lovely tapas there. All in all we loved our stay , it’s a beautiful hotel & the entertainment staff were nice & friendly.

Me & my husband have stayed here for 7 days. I read the reviews before we come and I would say they are spot on. The hotel is very clean and looks amazing with amazing views. Food was lovely if you are not a funny eater. My self enjoyed the food but my husband didn’t as much. The meals changed everyday with different themed nights. The desserts were very much the same every day. The main restaurant is only open between 8:30/10:30 so if u miss breakfast you have to wait till 11am for snack bar to open which only did burger & chips or toasted ham & cheese sandwiches. If you wanted anything else you would have to pay even if all inclusive. Ice cream you would have to pay for. Drinks were nice but not the same choices that you get in the evening bar that does not open till 7pm. We wanted to go somewhere just to chill & relax but if your wanting to do lots of things, this isn't the place. You could walk down to the beach which had a bar restaurant but only open frid to sun. 5mile walk to the nearst shops and bars. The staff were friendly but English not great, would say they do not look after you like in Turkey. The entertainment people were very friendly though and you could have a laugh with them. The night we arrived was 2:30 in the morning and they only offer water and bread roll so we just went straight to bed. Our experience was lovely but we wouldn't come back to this hotel or recommend too people. We felt sorry for the younger ones 18 to 20's as for then not much to do apart from sun bath. Evening entertainment was not the best but entertainment you for a couple of hours. One night the had motown night, the singers were really good though. If your into fitness & spa and relax you would love it. Everyone preferences are different so it depends what you want from your holiday.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting. Very rural and peaceful. The bedrooms are dated but clean. For some reason the aircon consistently blew warm air. We complained but nothing was done about it. The food was not very good. Very poor quality and always cold. If you like the previous nights dinner warmed up for breakfast then this is the place for you. The hotel is listed with TII and Jet2 as All Inclusive. IT IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. It is full board with drinks. Ice creams at the poolside snack bar have to be paid for with a 30% discount for all inclusive customers. A discount is not All Inclusive. The poolside bar does food which looks far fresher and more appetising than that served in the restaurant, but has to be paid for. Again, NOT all inclusive. It appears the this hotel has managed to get itself listed as all inclusive with the major UK travel companies but in resort offers nothing you would expect on an all inclusive. This hotel is being mi's sold as all inclusive. Avoid at all costs.

We really enjoyed our week here -yes it is isolated but we hired a car so mananged to explore the area. The hotel is very clean and the room we had was large overlooking the sea - no access to beach but the two pools were lovely. The service at the pool bar we found excellent as were the friendly staff. Food was varied with different theme every night -enjoyed the Mexican and Indian the most. Staff across the hotel are lovely. If you are looking to relax in a quiet hotel do book here. We did not see any of the entertainment so cannot comment but did enjoy peacful atmosphere around the pool area.
