We had a great time here enjoying a 4 night stay in early March. I think that some of the reviews come from people who complain about everything. The hotel needs a bit of tlc but for what we paid it was perfectly adequate. The food was lovely, the staff were great, the all-inclusive drinks and snacks were bang on. The pool was immaculate. The rooms were some of the biggest we have stayed at. The hotel boasts some stunning views, and the local volcanic rock beaches were amazing to see. The local area is a bit quiet which was great for a nice break, but if you want the more lively resort then hop on the 467 bus just outside the hotel. It will take you to Los Cristianos where you can walk to Playa Del Las Americas. One way was 6 euros for 4 adults. Definitely worth a visit ! The only downside to that bus trip was the fact that it was a 40 minute trip, although once we got caught in traffic and it was 70 minutes ! Also, you will get a seat on the way in, but there was almost no chance of a seat on the way back. If you don't mind standing then happy days !! All in all we had a great time..

My friend and I travelled here for 4 nights at the start of May and I have to say after reading the reviews we were a bit sceptical. We had no issues with the food, ate in restaurant for breakfast and lunch but did go out for tea every night. The cocktails were plentiful and not lacking on alcohol content, the beer is served in smaller cups but a few people knew this and they brought their own. There is very little in and around hotel but main town is only 15 minute walk away with some lovely restaurants along the sea. The staff were lovely, our room was basic but very clean, we were aware of the extra charges for Wi-Fi etc so we sorted data before we travelled. All in all we had an amazing time, already looking at going back.

Please take note to anyone going here . The hotel rules and hidden costs are absolutely unbelievable.please take this into consideration.the extra costs none cheap are from the TV remote, kettle,safe,internet everything you expect in all inclusive are a no , No music by pool area no balls In pool no inflatables in pool you can't have an ashtray by your bed if you smoke . The food is the same everyday (chicken pork Salad.the bar staff excellent (Jose,maria and Kevin). Entertainer Alvin unbelievable absolutely fantastic. Manager and receptionist well really haven't met anyone on this planet who are as rude as they are .rooms being broken into . On top of all this on our last day my family off 6 checkout of our 3 rooms as normal take our keys back and get told we had to return our all inclusive wrist bands and pay to eat and drink while we wait for 5 hours for our transfer to the airport absolutely unbelievable never in any hotel anywhere does this happen it's a money making scam that needs attention so if you gave time to change your hotel please do all I can do is make people aware what is going on here PLEASE TAKE NOTE

Just got back from a week stay at this hotel, is was ok. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is ok and there is everything for everyone in the restaurant ,my kids liked it. There needs to be more sunbeds as alot are broken and not enough for the people who are staying there. You are not allowed to play ball games in the pool or have inflatables , and is wasn't even busy. The hotel rooms are spacious , clean but very out of of date. Wi fi you have to pay for. The entertainment doesn't start till 9.30pm , could do with starting earlier for younger kids .( mini disco maybe), but the entertainment/ activities people where great when they did any activities in the day and night , my son got involved which he really enjoyed. If you want a cheap week in the sun I would recommend but don't expect luxury.

Stayed for 1 week,thankfully weather was great,local walks were great,local shops,bars restaraunts were great,locals very friendly....hotel very basic,lady behind bar was very friendly,blonde haired lady on reception was a perfect example of terrible customer service...unwelcoming,miserable and very rude,more interested in her phone than hotel clients....actually put her hand up to us to wait while she finished whatever she was looking at on her phone when we wanted to checkout. Pool was freezing but well used,lots of the sunloungers were ripped ,those that weren't had been temporarily repaired with bits of rope. If all you want is a base to sleep when you want to travel around Tenerife then this hotel could be for you...otherwise i would maybe suggest looking at other hotels . I agree that everywhere looks very unloved but as the week went on we stopped seeing the damaged floors,the cracked steps up to our room,the queues at the bar due to limited number of drinks we could request at one time,the paper cups,the sticky floors,dirty tables,the expectation that you clear your own tables in the restaurant ,scraping leftovers in a bin and stacking plates ....and we started to enjoy the sunshine,the entertainer,the people watching...... would we stay here again....no not at this hotel but the area was good
