The hotel is flat, the environment is very good, the breakfast is OK, but the dinner is not delicious... You can take a walk to the beach on the small road. Public transportation is not recommended. It is more convenient to take a taxi or rent a car.

The hotel is located in the beautiful district of Santa Ponsa - mountains, greenery, sea. The rooms are spacious and have a balcony. Quiet area (you can sleep at night). The hotel has two swimming pools - one for adults and one for children, and there is animation. You can walk to the beach in 15-17 minutes. There are shops and cafes nearby.
Of the minuses: no coffee machine 🥲
Payment on site/in cafes only by card.
The bed linen smelled damp.
If you leave the room, the refrigerator stops working (so ask for a second magnetic card, otherwise the food in the refrigerator will spoil).

Lovely hotel/apartments, although rooms were basic, they were adequate, especially for the price we paid. Not too far from the centre, there is also shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
Pool area nice and clean. We didn't use the restaurant facilities, so we can't comment.
We have to to better places, bit we've also been to worse. But you get what you pay for and we would stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by mature businesses, convenient for eating and drinking. There is no parking lot, but there are many roadside parking spaces nearby. It costs 40 cents for half an hour, and it is free from 8pm to 9:30am. I booked a sea view room, which has a good view. Unfortunately, the floor is a bit low. The room is large, the facilities and hygiene are also good, there is a kitchen, microwave oven, and tableware. Overall, it is very good and cost-effective.
The only thing I am not happy about is that I asked the front desk if there is a chance to change to a higher floor. The answer is that it needs to be confirmed the next day. The next morning, it was said that it would be confirmed at 10 o'clock. This is understandable. What I don't understand is that we were not there and took away all our things. I asked if there was a room to help change it, and it didn't matter if there was no room. As a result, the answer was that the person must be there, so I gave up in the end.

The breakfast was OK but the hot food was not an English breakfast like you can get in other hotels . I came to this hotel to sit around the pool for a few days buy could not as all the sunbeds were reserved and paid for have never had this before and ruined the stay for us

Great location. Facing the beach. But also if you are transported to move around the rest of the island.
The room was nothing special but still adequate. The air conditioning works well but a bit noisy for those who are light sleepers. Personally, we preferred to cut it at night. Parking is chargeable. The breakfast is really great! We can't wait to wake up to enjoy it. Note that there is a dress code for dinner at the Cap Roig restaurant as well as for the terrace/pool on the 5th floor, which is prohibited for children.
