Lovely clean apartments with all you could need away from home, we were in no 54 which was up 2 small flights of stairs not an issue for us but may be for some. The pool is small but adequate, the best thing was not having to get up at stupid o’clock to put towels down no one did this till about 10ish. We had 2 big balconies but the management have missed a great selling point by not putting private sun beds on the 2nd balcony this would have been a big plus point. Reception is manned 24hrs with lovely staff. The position is good passed Veronica’s in a quieter part but still plenty of eating places round about you. Will definitely be back.

As a last minute you are always a little skeptical. But on arrival at 10.00pm we were greeted buy a lovely lady who was very polite and explained the apartments. Explained were the room was so we headed off, when we arrived in the room it stunk of smoke and we are not smokers so a very horid smell. Room was clean and tidy and had been refurbed. So all the doors open and was ok the following day. Location was spot on in the middle of Adeje & Las Americas across the road from the Gran Tinerfe and 3 mins from the hotel your feet are wet from the sea. Would definitely recommend for families & couples. Thanks for a 4 night stay we enjoyed it. But we also lovvvvvve Teneriffe.

Stayed here family of four, apartments were great size, we asked for quieter room which we got. Beds very comfy. Very clean and clean towels and cleaning if required every day. Reception staff very nice. Great area to stay. We will return to these apartments.

What a fabulous little hotel....having read previous reviews, we booked this hotel and stayed for 6 nights. We had asked for a high floor via email, and this is what we got. Views were lovely, apartments are basic but clean and had everything we needed. Our friends were staying too and their aparment had been refurbished but both were lovely. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful, we asked to have our single beds made into a double, and this was done almost immediately. Bed was comfy, and the request for a 2nd pillow was met with a smile and again arrived by the time we got back to the apartment. We ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel on a number of occasions, and the food and service were good. Sunbeds around the pool were never full till after 10 am. Lucky lucky men were everywhere but you just smiled and said no and they were on their way....I have seen another review regarding rubbish everywhere, we did see piles outside the Spa nearby but this was collected every morning without fail. We will return in future.

Lovely accommodation, very spacious. Clean and modern with all the facilities you need. Only issue was getting to the room. Had to drag cases up 8-10 small flights of stairs. If you are older or have mobility issues definitely request a room on or near the ground floor. Also, the pool area can get busy very early but usually quietens around lunch so either get up early or have a good lie in.

Perfect for our stay. We chose self catering and the apartment had all the facilities we needed. The staff are friendly and helpful. We booked a day trip to Loro Parque through reception which was easy and straightforward. The transfer is over an hour because it's in the north of the island. There are a lot of steps but for €10 deposit you can get a key to use an easier entrance. We were in apartment 8 and behind us is a bar that has live music. Didn't bother us but if you'd prefer quieter it might be worth asking. Our apartment was serviced every other day with clean towels. They provide some toiletries in little sachets i.e shower gel and shampoo. We would stay again if staying in the same area.
