Just absolutely fantastic, everything I asked for, anything report it to reception and it’s rectified straight away. Amazing location, comfy beds, amazing view. Restaurant gorgeous, lovely staff. It’s private And secure and bus stops are on the door Stop. Big shout out to the boss man, the reception staff and restaurant staff. I’m surprised this place is 2 star, it deserves wat more. Spacious apartment, clean, room service on a daily, amazing views, lovely air con which makes such a difference to my holidays being from Ireland!! Sad to be leaving and looking forward to coming again. Even on check out I was allowed to still use the pool and put my luggage in the luggage room, thanks you xxx

Was a little worried about this place after reading the reviews BUT I shouldn't have been. Me and my son stayed for a week and it was so lovely. Clean and tidy 2 good sized bedrooms a huge living room/kitchen and an amazing balcony with 2 tables and chairs and 2 sun loungers. Pool was lovely. Bar/snack bar very reasonably PRICED and lovely food. Close to loads of amenities and all the staff were very friendly. I will definitely stay here again 😁👍

We have just returned from a 10 day stay here. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. It was clean and equipped well. There was a AC unit in the lounge as well as in each of the bedrooms. Outside on the patio were sunbeds, BBQ and a table and chairs. The apartment was spacious. The pool area was calm and chilled with a snack bar. Always sunbeds available. Close to all shops, bars and restaurants. My only negative point is that the beds were not very comfortable and there wasn't a mirror in the bedrooms. Overall a great stay and would stay here again.

I have stayed in these apartment blocks many times before and I tell you this will be my last. The place is absolutely filthy thick layers of dust in every room it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months! My partner and daughter were covered head to toe in bed bug bites and when addressing this with members of staff I was laughed at and told I was lying. I would 100% not recommend this apartment to anyone: totally ruined my holiday!

Apartment had everything you needed just needed up dating, but then again we never cook on holiday just make coffee on a morning. Light bulb missing in the bathroom told reception & it was rectified within 20 minutes. Complex was very clean and convenient to bars restaurants & shops less than 10 min slow walk to La Pinta beach. Would defiantly return xx

Cannot get over some of the comments on here. We love the place. Food excellent value and quality and the staff excellent. I recon some have champagne taste and a beer budget. The pool excellent. A great central location too. If I was being picky the mattresses and towels could do with a refresh as, while clean, are aged.

This hotel didn’t have the best reviews! But we had a great holiday, all the staff we great and friendly the apartments are good, we had a 2 bedrooms apartment I will say 1 of the beds were lumpy and not very comfortable but when have u ever been away and had the best night sleep other than at home, we had a great holiday, the restraint didn’t have very good reviews, we only had breakfast there but its was nice and it was always busy

Currently staying at this complex, arrived to no water in the pool only been filled today, WiFi not working and the last two nights have had no water in the apartment, we have stayed here several times in the past, whilst basic have always been ok, I have today spoken to reception around extending my room for a late check due to flight times (4 hours requested) out only to be told yes for 4 hours it’s 80 euros, complete rip off. Will not be staying here again, real shame as have enjoyed staying previously.
