PlayaOlid All Inclusive

Cannot fault this hotel in any way.This was our first holiday abroad in five years and it did not disappoint.The suite was lovely and everything was in good working order,any problems we had were minor and dealt with quickly. All the staff from recently right through to the cleaners were extremely quick and efficient.A shout out must go to Fabian and Hector who always had time for a chat and seemed to always be on duty day and night.The restaurant staff were amazing especially the manager who would take time to chat and keep the young children amused. Reception were extremely helpful trying to help us when we didn't get picked up for one of our trips and we managed to rebook it with the company we originally booked with. All in all we enjoyed our holiday and would visit this hotel again.

We have just returned and I wanted to share that this hotel is good for the price paid. The food was plentiful at all times, drinks not rationed, wide choice and decent size glasses (or plastic around the pool areas). Staff were friendly and helpful and there are a couple of sweetheart lobby cats. Shop next door gives guests a discount too. For the moaners of this world, if you want 5 star pay for it!! Honestly no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Great for families. Kids loved the pools, which had plenty of room even during UK half term holidays. Food was as you would expect from a budget all-inclusive - nice enough, and with enough variety that the kids could always find something. Good location too.

Have just spent the last 5 days at PlayaOlid and loved it. The staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. The activities for families are plenty. I stayed in the deluxe apartments which were great. A bit tired looking but just what you need in the way of somewhere to sleep. The food and snack options were fantastic, something for everyone. The only negative I have is the fact that guests smoked and vaped on the loungers at the pool, especially by the family pool near the reception area. Apart from that I had a great time. This was a work holiday. I enjoyed it so much I am planning on taking my sons here in October 2024.

Great hotel if you enjoy the smell off cigarette smoke, broken arcade machines, a puddle for a pool and beds that feel like cardboard. My dad who has asthma is struggling to breathe due to the smell in the air and my room. Not a good hotel, very dirt wouldn’t recommend.

I don't know how this hotel is rated at a 3 star more like a 2 The Astro turf around the pool is vile as there where food crumbs ect around the baby pool that you would only notice once you stood on it. The drinks where horrible I wouldn't recommend drinking the slush machine or the fizzy juice it had a very off taste to it, I don't think they clean the filters out correct on the pumps. The breakfast is ok couldn't complain but we never eat lunch or dinner or the snack bar as the food was lying out all day, the lunch and dinner was always the same and so basic only one meal dish would change then the rest was the same. We paid for one of the newer suits but was given the older style and they couldn't change it as they where booked out. In our older style they put a big plastic head board on but be careful and look behind the wall is covered in mould. The bed is so uncomfortable and with being pregnant didn't help at all I was up most of the time. The shower head faced towards the wall and every time you moved it to go straight it went straight back to the wall. The minute you tip your cleaner the first day there straight at your room by 9am, I had to ask for her to come later some days but she arrived back within 20min each time it got a little annoying. Wouldn't recommend the hill for being pregnant or any health problems as I usually struggled after a day out. Overall the place is just dirty and needs a really good clean up that's why we spent most of our time out of the hotel. Be careful as the kids pool wasn't cleaned everyday as we looked on to that and watched them walk around it and leave not cleaning it everyday
