We stayed from the 13th Aug to the 20th Aug. The rooms need a huge overall. The hotel is situated on a steep hill, navigating the room down the hill is fine. Getting up is another matter. A short walk down to the shops, again fine as it's down hill getting back up was a nightmare. All inclusive finishes at 22.30, slush puppies and cider not included. We were a family of 4 and could only get two drinks at a time. Which is ridiculous. 9 times out of 10 we got half a drink, if you were paying you got a full drink, just silly when you have already paid as your all inclusive. Pool was nice, deck chairs were awful they don't sit up right and majority of them are broken. Food was OK and there was a good variety. I have celiacs disease. Which I didn't advise but was all clearly labelled for allergies and lived off salad for a week. The entertainment was shocking pretty much the same thing every night and was boring. Website stated WiFi in rooms this is untrue you can only get WiFi near the reception area. The staff were nice, we seen the same staff the whole week we were there. They work the pool bar, then lunch and dinner and the evening bar. I swear majority of them were there from 07am till 10pm. There is no air conditioning in the rooms a small ceiling fan in the one bedroom that does nothing. For the privilege of a tv remote, a fan and a hair dryer you need to pay 20euro. Cleaners came 3 times in one week. Didn't refresh the cups and glasses. We did get fresh bedding, towels and toilet roll. So many drunk people shouting and screaming until around 3am. No really the hotels fault however there is no security or anything to be knocking on the doors. We could smell pot at 8am in the morning and there was clearly people smoking it round the hotel at all hours of the day.

Honestly the most terrible hotel I have stayed in, been here for 16 nights and the hotel is actually decent as scenery but the service, food and beds are the worst, sleeping on the floor would be better and if you like food poisoning come here, also the pool could put you into shock, paid 4k for it his holiday for 5 of us for half board so if you want to go inclusive enjoy having your drinks up to 10:30pm for rubbish alcohol

Superb again . Our 15th time and can’t say a bad thing about the hotel itself . We always go self catering and we don’t eat in the restaurant here , so can’t comment on the food .Lovely little flat with superb balcony with the most spectacular views . Helpful staff . Clean and a bath which we prefer . Big clean pool . Excellent value . Free bus down to Fańabé beach with the friendliest driver you can imagine . The only thing that is wrong with this hotel are the embarrassing drunk people ( often British) who are loud and rude . No luxuries as it is a 2 star apart-hotel so please remember that if it isn’t your sort of place . But don’t agree with the nasty reviews . Can’t wait to be back

I was dreading coming here with all the bad reviews, but when I got there I was surprised it was a lovely place clean friendly, I know it’s on a hill but don’t let that put you off. I just went to chill and that’s exactly what I did. Food was hit and miss with me but I wasn’t starving as there was always something for you to have, I’m a fussy eater anyway. And as for the bugs I never seen one, rooms were ok well it was for me as I was on my own, had no issues at all. Overall I enjoyed my stay here

Rooms are absolutely disgusting. Cob webs in every corner of the room roof and floor and under the oven area. Charging plugs hanging out of the walls extremely dangerous. Get told you’re getting a double bed but it’s actually just 2 singles that are on wheels and move every time you move. Bath tub was full of stains and blankets had paint and random stains on. This is just the start to it and to really top it off the back door didn’t even lock.
