The space The first floor features the kitchen, living room, family room, a breakfast nook, dedicated workspace, laundry and half bath, as well as a fenced back with deck, BBQ grill, and play structure. The bedrooms are and full baths all upstairs. Guest access The garage and a fourth bedroom are reserved for storage of the owners things. The rest of the house and yard are available for guests and pets to enjoy. There are two parking spaces in the driveway.
