We have just returned from a 7 night stay. This is a fabulous hotel, spotlessly clean, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. We stayed half board, and both breakfast and evening meals were very good. We used the pool bar once for lunch, and again, this was very good. We stayed in a room with a whirlpool bath on the second floor, it was cleaned daily by very friendly staff and was adequate space for two. We can't comment on the evening entertainment as we went out to the local area. The hotel is in an excellent location close to bars/restaurants and approximately a 10 minute walk to Music Square. We would definitely return to Corralejo, and this hotel would be our first choice.

Well positioned hotel which was suitable for all types of holidays. Very near to the resort centre and more importantly the beach. The staff are very hard working and attentive. The rooms are spacious, well designed, with a large modern bathroom, good showers, and very comfortable beds. The pools were well run and didn’t allow people to put out towels until 0900hrs. This was handled very well as I noticed the occasional newcomer appearing early with a handful of towels but it was obvious they were not going to get their way. The food was very good, although there could have been more vegetarian choice. The staff in the hotel were excellent, especially In the dining room. We would not hesitate to return to this hotel in the future.

Struttura in centro a Corralejo. Ottimo sia lo staff della reception, gentile, cordiale e disponibile (grazie Marlena e Paola), sia lo staff del ristorante ( in particolare Noelia). Colazione e cena a buffet abbondante e di ottima qualità. Camera Deluxe grande, ben insonorizzata, pulitissima e con ampio balcone. Un grazie speciale per la sorpresa di compleanno. Grazie davvero per la splendida vacanza. Ci siamo sentite a casa. Chiara e Mirella

Well what a hotel this is from we arrived until we departed, I couldn’t fault this hotel, from the staff, rooms, food, cleanliness and location I think when you arrive at a hotel 1st impressions mater and boy it was fantastic the entertainment was brilliant will definitely be back

Me gustó mucho el hotel, la comodidad de las habitaciones, el desayuno, el spa, el jacuzzi privado, los detalles que cada día nos dejaban en la habitación y la amabilidad del personal. Paola de recepción fue encantadora, siempre con una sonrisa, hizo que tuviéramos un aniversario muy especial. Se nota que le gusta su trabajo y te hace sentir como en casa.

Food was awful staff were rude, we ate out every night because the food was dreadful, wellness centre was always shut and the gym is tiny with hardly anything in there, lost serious gains over the week I was there because I couldn't use anything in there! Pool staff were kill joys and didn't let anyone have any fun, but let a couple of old biddys lay around with their bristols out around children didn't make sense..... won't ever go back to this hotel or the island for that matter
