New Alisios Playa

Booked apt no.44 thru Holidu profiled Premium. APT. quite good.. BUT kichen badly equipped we had to shop for biggerpan/plates/bread knife. 1 wine glass provided.Safe broken/extractor broken/aircon inefficient/2 weeks fought for linen/towel change for w2. Damp spots bedroom/bathroom. Communication with owner difficult. Avoid apt.44 Alios Playa itself lovely. We are not fussy travellers but wouldn't recommend apt 44. Its nice to cook in while travelling for 6 weeks but it was a chore not a pleasure. Thankfully we only booked our first 2 weeks !!

Where to start, beds really uncomfortable, wouldn’t recommend all inclusive was the worst I’ve ever been to, food choices a definite no. Young couple next door made to much noise, booked with Barrhead travel, never again would I book with them, I always go with Jet2 online, but used travel shop hopeful of good advice 🤬

Having stayed here 5 times over the past few years, we love the quiet atmosphere rather than lots of noisy day/night time activities. Rooms are spacious with large balconies. Plenty of storage with a safe in the wardrobe (small fee), a small kitchenette with 2 ring hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and full size fridge. TV with English channels. Bathrooms are large with both baths and showers. There is a small supermarket with very competitive prices against the large supermarkets. Food is of a good standard with a main restaurant and also a pool bar. We have stayed Self Catering and All Inclusive, we prefer SC as it gives you the option of trying some amazing restaurants on the strip and in the harbour area. The main strip of Corralejo is a short and pleasant 10 minute stroll away, here you will find bars/restaurants and shopping galore, you will find some of the best duty free shopping here, bargains galore on clothing, perfumes etc. We will definately be back.

This old hotel needs a complete refurbishment or demolition. The rooms have paper thin walls. This building should. Not be used as holiday accommodation. The furniture and fittings must also 30+ years old. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

A pior experiência de alojamento que já tive, não aconselho a ninguém, falta de higiene, falta de comunicação, ninguém te responde quando pedes ajuda,felizmente não aconteceu nada mais grave, porque senão não sei como seria, roupas, louças tudo sujo, banheira cheia de ferrugem, se levarem crianças vão ter que dividir cama com elas, porque anunciam que tem um sofá cama, mas não vos dão roupa, e o sofá não deveria ser limpo há muito tempo.. só mesmo uma palavra horrível..

Per spiegare tutto quello che ci hanno fatto soffrire dovrei scrivere un romanzo, quindi cercherò di essere breve. Questo appartamento viene proposto come una buonissima soluzione low cost, in realtà è un tugurio in tutto e per tutto! Appena arrivati abbiamo subito riscontrato il mal funzionamento della serratura della porta d'ingresso ed un odore terrificante all'interno dell'appartamento. Andando avanti nell'esplorazione abbiamo notato altri accessori rotti soprattutto nel bagno, la wifi non funzionava, la TV non funzionava ed era bloccata dalla struttura, non c'erano accessori nella cucina, poi leggendo tutte le recensioni abbiamo scoperto che avremmo avuto 2 soli rotoli di carta igienica per una settimana di cui uno era già a metà vita e che non ci sarebbe mai stato il cambio asciugamani, ma poi piano piano abbiamo iniziato a constatare che questi erano i problemi minori, infatti appena accesa l'acqua per farsi una doccia (in vasca da bagno)dopo il viaggio abbiamo notato subito che l'acqua era putrida di colore marrone e per di più la vasca non scaricava l'acqua, acqua che inoltre era difficilmente regolabile, in pratica o ci si ustionava o si faceva la doccia fredda, in ogni caso era compresa la lavanda dei piedi in acqua stagnante rigettata dalle fognature. Penserete, vabè basta così, beh purtroppo questo era solo l'inizio... Il giorno seguente ovviamente contatto subito la struttura ma niente, come parlare con un muro, forse un muro sarebbe stato anche più simpatico, ma andiamo avanti... Al nostro rientro la sera dopo una giornata di escursioni iniziamo a preparare da cena, prima ovviamente abbiamo lavato le stoviglie con acqua comprata al supermercato, abbiamo iniziato a notare piccole blatte uscire dalla cucina, poi abbiamo iniziato a notare anche in camera e nel resto dell'appartamento, nel mentre i contatti con la struttura erano veramente difficoltosi, non rispondevano ai vari numeri telefonici, il loco non era presente anima viva ed ai messaggi su booking rispondevano quando gli faceva comodo, insomma stava iniziando un incubo. Eliminiamo da soli queste prime blatte e con i primi giramenti di scatole abbiamo cercato di proseguire serenamente la vacanza ma era veramente difficile. Il giorno dopo è iniziata la guerra, sia con la struttura ma soprattutto con le blatte che sembravano moltiplicarsi ma poi sono arrivate anche le cucaracha, eravamo infestati, da quel momento la nostra non era più una vacanza ma un vero e proprio incubo. Ho continuato a scrivere alla struttura che non ne voleva sapere di rimborsarci, dicendoci che potevamo lasciare la struttura in qualsiasi momento ed inizialmente non trovandoci neanche una soluzione alternativa a questo schifo, nel frattempo continuava la guerra agli insetti, ci siamo armati di prodotti acquistati a nostre spese ed abbiamo eliminato decine e decine di queste schifose bestie delle fogne, eravamo diventati una ditta di disinfestazioni. Insomma avrete benissimo capito che l'igiene manco sapev
