The hotel is around 30mins from the airport. Room was nice and tidy - premium junior suite Nice infinity pool on the roof. Food was amazing, there was something different everyday. I highly recommend and will stay again.

This is a small hotel but was probably one of the nicest we have been to. Staff are very friendly, happy and really helpful ( especially Mathilda on reception, who always remembered my name and room number). Food ( although buffet style) was always excellent quality and a nice selection. Their Italian restaurant ( which you can book without any additional charge) provides a nice alternative and is much quieter. Our room was very nice and spacious although note that not all rooms have air conditioning and if we ever go again we would probably pay extra to get that extra level of comfort . Daytime entertainment was also very well organised and the entertainment team very enthusiastic. All in all a lovely holiday.

Great 6 night stay in a junior suite with balcony all inclusive big clean comfortable room with fridge and safe All Staff are hard working friendly and helpful Food and drinks were great in both restaurants Animacion caesar and milen are friendly and entertaining we enjoyed the Spanish elvis show, the 3 cats and magic show We would definitely love to visit again

Wow wow wow, what can I say! Absolutely amazing stay with my parents! This hotel is brilliant for all ages and I would highly recommend to anyone, the food and drink selection that they have to offer is absolutely brilliant. The entertainment through my weeks stay was world class. Special mention to César for being an absolute hero! Never failed to make me and my parents laugh with all of the fun activities that they put on! Thank you!

booked playa park zensation as a 65th birthday surprise for my husband well just wow wow wow we had a fabulous time food amazing animation team brilliant what great fun . what a laugh my hubby had with them winning lots of lovely prizes from a spa for 2 thanks milen also dinner at the gourmet resturant staff all amazing very friendly nice to meet some lovely people room we had was great too have already booked for next year thankyou all for making a memorable one

Super winter break! Loved our new year holiday here. The food was great, staff friendly and good evening entertainment. RJ was fab at Pilates. We really enjoyed the infinity pool. The staff were always cleaning and keeping the place spotless. Our only tiny issue was the check in, the new tourist rules had just arrived so our hotel check was done through the television…a bit awkward to do as they were having teething issues. Staff were able to sort though and this wasn’t their fault. The public park and shopping square nearby are really handy.

We had the most amazing stay! We met some amazing people and created some amazing memories. Hotel and pool area were always clean. Our room was kept clean by the housekeepers during our stay - not that we spent much time in it!! Entertainment: Gino and team brought together so many people of whom we spent a lot of time with and going out with! Really good fun. I asked Gino where he’d recommend to go out in Corralejo and he gave us an extensive list of which we tried and all passed! Gino is a true asset to the hotel, grazie mille! Food: food was good, plenty of options, lovely pizzas and traditional dishes. Maybe more choice with the ice cream, and cones for it? Staff: all staff were friendly and well presented. It took two days into my stay before they knew my drink order already!! Rooms: comfy beds, huge showers, spacious and good size balconies. Designed for 4, ours could probably fit 6-8. Location area: the hotel is about a 15/20 mins walk to the main stripe which has all the bits you need however the beach is 10 mins and there is a supermarket and pharmacy about 3 mins away. There is no water machine during the night/early hours of the morning, that would be my only mention. It would be good to have somewhere that dispenses it otherwise (unless prepared) you have to buy bottled water in the hotel which is expensive. So, expecting it to be the more mature cliental we were shocked when we saw the number of uni students going on couples holidays! Great fun and NOT loud, just chilling. Overall, for the price I paid, the memories, the people, this has been the best holiday I’ve ever been on. Thank you Playa Park Team

Another excellent stay at this hotel, must be our 12th time! The whole place is spotlessly clean. The food is excellent and caters for everyone’s tastes. The rooms are clean, tidy and the beds are so comfortable. They have upped their game with entertainment, Gino is excellent, but they also have Milan and Bianca and they are both super too, they all make a great team and it is nice that the entertainment goes on into the afternoons. The staff are all so friendly and we love to see the familiar faces on our returns. It was also nice to see new acts in the evening out on the terrace before dinner. We loved the young man playing his electric guitar.We would like to see more entertainment outside of a night, we are not fussed on going down to the inside entertainment area, too closed in!. Otherwise everything is perfect for a relaxing, fun holiday. thank you

Sunny trip away, roof top terrace is lovely. Staff friendly especially Bob. Food was average although in the premium restaurant was amazing
