This hotel is fabulous. The checking in is smooth and speedy also friendly faces to greet you. The rooms are lovely big enough for a couple clean and lots of draws and hanging space. Bathroom had a really good shower also two sinks and a powerful hairdryer. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard daily and you can get fresh towels whenever. Restaurant breakfast has everything and fresh omelettes made while you wait dinner in the restaurant is very good and so is evening meal food is top quality fresh and warm . Snack bar food cooked to order and I can honestly say it’s the best the staff are friendly and it’s clean. Pool bar makes the best cocktail fresh all drinks are of premium brands this is the same in all bars. We didn’t stay for the entertainment so cannot comment on that . We went around the quiet pool no trouble getting a sunbed at anytime the pool is cleaned and of high standard I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

From late arrival (the only thing that could have been improved) to checking out everything has been fantastic. The complex is spotlessly clean, the staff are helpful and pleasant (a shout out to José in the Chill Out Bar - ever so helpful - as soon as he noticed I was making multiple trips to and from the bar to collect drinks (due to walking with a stick) he carried them over without being asked - and did that every time we drank there). He also made a mean cocktail as I dabbled in them for the first time. The food is all inclusive - if you want more choice don't go all inclusive - the chefs have to cater for lots of different tastes and, generally, make a good job of it (there was one lunch when the meat option was pork (chops, cutlets and loin) - ideally another choice should have been available that wasn't pork). The swimming pool was cold - but refreshing - and it was near the snack bar which was convenient if we didn't want to go to the restaurant for lunch. Huge choice of all inclusive drinks - I'm not a lager drinker but they had different lagers on draft and in bottles in every bar. Decent selection of house wines and soft drinks. The hotel is just a short walk to the main shopping street in Corralejo. The Tuesday market was disappointing (not the hotel's fault of course) - much smaller than when we were last here.

We stayed for 11 nights from August into September. The hotel is very clean throughout. Always a good choice at the buffet restaurant. We liked using the pool snack bar at lunchtimes, ordered food and table service. Our visit to the italian restaurant was thoroughly enjoyable too. Although, we didn't have much choice of times as we weren't told clearly at check in how to book this, but we ate late anyway so wasn't a huge problem. The beginning of our holiday saw towels on sunbeds extremely early. The staff did take them off but still not a great experience. However, once the hotel quietened down (kids returning the schools in the UK), it was so much better. We went to the pool when ready and always got a sunbed without any hassles. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They all work extremely hard. Jose at the terrace bar was always very pleasant, even late in the evening. The evening entertainment could have been on a little longer in my opinion, as it was sometimes only 45 minutes, then you had to leave that area as it closed, which at times was only 10.15pm, so we moved to the terrace bar. I do feel a little low level music would be nice in the terrace bar and at the quieter (more adults) poolside. I travelled with my sister and we were given a first floor room. This was a problem for us as there were no ramps or lifts to it. We both have health issues with our backs, so reluctant to carry a 22kg suitcase up 16 steps on arrival. The reception staff said they couldn't help until checked all the guests in for arrival (another 4 families), it was nearly midnight so we didn't want to wait. Thankfully, a very lovely young couple assisted and carried both cases up to our room. Thank you, whoever you are! Rooms have plenty of storage, again lovely and clean. The shower leaked under the sink cabinet due to the door fitting, had to put the floor towel folded at the side to stop the floor being flooded each time. Overall given a 5, although a few minor gripes, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would recommend/return!

We had such a wonderful family holiday here last year that we decided to return - the experience was just as good! The staff are just exceptional throughout the entire place which makes for such a lovely holiday. Clean, tidy, beautifully maintained gardens, great food choices and branded spirits. We will most definitely return again in the future!

We are just home from a great holiday in H10 ocean suites. The hotel is exceptional the grounds are immaculate the rooms beautiful and clean. The food is lovely and fresh and the buffet restaurant is fabulous different options every night and some nights you are spoilt for choice! Our holiday was made so memorable due to the staff who really have went above and beyond. We have stayed in many H10 hotels and none compared to the friendliness of the staff of H10 ocean suites. The activity team comprising of Sarah Suzi Ziad & Mattiu were exceptional and keeping everyone entertained and the kids just loved them. They deserve a raise for their brilliant work. There also was a really kind barmaid / waitress I want to say Gisele but I’m not 100%sure her kindness knew no bounds when she helped our little boy who slipped. You really have a great team at h10 ocean suites. Thanks for a memorable holiday!
