This hotel is an ok 3 star hotel at best. Rooms - spacious, not “deluxe” as described. Actually quite basic, not cleaned particularly well, I found hairs in the bed- (before I had used the bed) crumbs in the sofa bed (which was extremely uncomfortable) stains on the tables, stains on the sink surround, dust/grime on the floor between the toilet and the shower, room “cleaned” very basically once so far (on day 5 of our stay) towels only changed because I asked them to be changed, we had an ant infestation, that to be fair was dealt with, but there are still dead ants littered on the wall, you get the idea…. Food- is fairly basic and of ok quality, nothing special, the pizzas are fairly good but apart from that it’s fairly basic and repetitive. The meat quality is particularly rubbish. Desserts are ok. The restaurant is more like a canteen…the coffee is quite good. We are all inclusive but due to the quality of the food have eaten out for dinner every night. Reception - don’t organise or help with any excursions, you have to pay a euro for a clean pool towel (wierd) you can’t put anything on your room (feels abit like a hostel) everything must be paid upfront. All inclusive - I don’t drink so I can’t comment on the alcohol, but the poolside offering is really poor. No crisps, no “nibbles” it’s left over croissants and hotdogs, the drinks are all served in small cheap plastic beakers, very basic. Pool - is actually really nice but the sun beds and tables etc have seen better days. All in all it’s been an ok holiday but definitely not a four star hotel which is really disappointing when you have paid good money, I would never have booked all inclusive here if I’d have known. Barcelo over the road is a good example of a four star hotel so if you’re reading this and unsure, take my word for it, I’ve stayed at both and Barcelo knocks socks off of this place.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana magica al Coralejo Village dal 7 al 14 luglio e siamo state conquistate dall'atmosfera accogliente e solare di questo paradiso! Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo state accolte con un sorriso radioso dall'adorabile animatore Davide, che ci ha subito fatte sentire a casa. Il villaggio si trova in una posizione ideale, perfetta per bilanciare divertimento e relax. La vicinanza ai locali notturni e ai bar per l'aperitivo ci ha permesso di vivere appieno la vita notturna, mentre le meravigliose dune vicine sono state il nostro rifugio per momenti di pace e contemplazione. Nonostante le dimensioni contenute, il Coralejo Village offre tutte le comodità che potremmo desiderare: una piscina incantevole, animazioni top e una cucina variegata e deliziosa. Ma ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno veramente speciale è stato il gruppo di animatori, che ci hanno fatto sentire parte di una grande famiglia. Un grazie particolare ad Alessio, che con la sua allegria e gioiosità ha reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile! La sua presenza ha aggiunto un tocco di magia a ogni momento, facendoci ridere e divertire come mai prima. E grazie anche a Michela, Christian, Manuel e all'organizzatrice Rebecca, che ci ha organizzato un viaggio indimenticabile a Lanzarote e una gita sul catamarano. Siamo state coinvolte in ogni attività, dalle serate di animazione alle partite di pallavolo, e abbiamo sentito una connessione profonda con tutto il gruppo. Questa vacanza non è stata solo un'esperienza tra amiche, ma abbiamo trovato una nuova famiglia all'interno di Alpitour. Grazie mille per tutto!

Esperienza fantastica! Consigliatissimo l’hotel per la posizione strategica,il personale eccellente e l’ANIMAZIONE sia alpiclub che internazionale (ragazzi fantastici!) chef italiano e assistente in loco sempre Alpi super! Receptionist e camerieri top! Consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo villaggio nella settimana dal 7 al 14 luglio, è stata una gran bella vacanza, struttura piccola ma molto accogliente, camere moderne e molto spaziose, vista piscina. Buon cibo, ottime le pizze del simpaticissimo chef Riccardo. ,Presenti divertenti e mai invadenti i ragazzi dell'animazione; ringraziamento particolare a Davide, Cristian, Alessio, Manuel, Michela ed Elisa. Imperdibili l'escursione a Lanzarote e del nord e del sud di Fuerteventura, unica pecca il mare più vicino e poco balneabile, ma con il taxi è raggiungibile in pochi minuti la spiaggia delle affascinanti dune di Coralejo.
