The location is amazing right on the beach! Joan was so sweet & helpful.
The floors were so dirty & water pressure was not good at all in the shower.
You have to pay for breakfast which used to be free & everything was closed.. there pool & restaurant. But very nice place

Our stay was fine but it was noisy, we could hear the people next door and out in the hall. There were spaces around the door so you could see the light coming thru in the night time. Not to mention the electrical fire they had and we were evacuated at 2:15 am. We never did see any hotel staff come out and give directions. We stayed in our vehicle for the 1 1/2 hrs and then noticed people were going back into their rooms. It was unfortunate timing for us!

The bathroom door does not close it stays 6 inches open and it’s built that way with a long latch. the toilet didn’t didn’t flush correctly and there’s a sticker that says to hold it down. The hot tub wasn’t working it was freezing cold the swimming pool was chipped and had broken pieces everywhere. you’re not allowed to take any of your own drinks inside it was pathetic. The inside bar was closed and it was freezing outside. And I wasn’t given a refund for an incorrect date, so I have to stay at this hotel again unfortunately

I was trying to check in after 4pm and my room wasn’t ready yet. The front desk agent seem rude after I asked when room was going to be ready. Also the hot tub doesn’t work. And after I was trying to check out they were trying to charge me extra charges on my bill. I used the restaurant once yet they were charging me for multiple times. When I asked the manager to showed me where my signature was she said it’s ok just paid then we can adjust later I SAID NO WAY I AM PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT CONSUMED. Terrible experience.

The hotel advertises a free breakfast. In their marketing, you see photos of a buffet of food also indicating a breakfast made available to those staying with them. ******* even says it has a free breakfast. Instead, we got a very pricy meal, even charging $3 for a glass of water they likely got from a faucet. There was not even a continental breakfast.
Outside of that, the room was decent and the staff were great.
The "rug pull" from the expensive breakfast really ruined the experience for my family.

Thinking third time might be a charm I found out not a chance. Hot tub still broke and bar closed until late after noon. Canceled my upcoming reservation . Headed across the street for my next visit. At least they take of their property.

Fixtures falling off wall, hot tub broken, cleanliness sub par and the staff seemed put out when asked for any assistance. I was disappointed I would expect this kind of experience from an oyo or howard johnson. I am disappointed that wyndham had dropped in standards.

Some of the staff at the front desk seemed put off when you needed something. They has to be asked to clean the rooms. We they did clean the room it was just bringing towels unless you specified make beds and clean the room. The food was overpriced and horrible. I imagine the only reason they stay in business is because they are right the beach.
