The condo is located on the third floor with stair access. The beach is a short 0.25 mile walk from condo. There is an assigned parking space with additional unassigned overflow parking for vehicles/boats. A vehicle rinsing station to remove unwanted salt and sand, is also located on the property and readily available to guests. Enjoy gated club house amenities, such as: 24 hr. fitness room, heated community swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, and BBQ grills in the family picnic area. There is a snack bar area with bar stools for the kids or meals on the go as well as a cottage bistro table that is perfect for a couple to enjoy a romantic dinner. MASTER ENSUITE Through the privacy door of the bedroom, you will find a serene space to relax after a long day at the beach. Outfitted with a Memory Foam King size bed and Bamboo sheets, a large smart television, a large walk in closet, a window overlooking Lake Padre, and a privacy door leading to the master bathroom with a shower and tub combination. LOCATION Sunkissed Shoreline is located in the beach side community of Whitecap Beach on North Padre Island! Grab a fresh juice from Island Squeeze Fresh Juice Bar and Clean Eating before heading out for a day at the beach, or hit the Island Market for some beach snacks and beverages. Take a golf cart ride to Boathouse Grill for lunch by the waterside on Lake Padre. Just around the corner you will discover more restaurants and souvenir shops along the way.
