Plenty of free parking with assigned spots and guest parking.🅿️ **This townhouse is the only one that has a gate on the back patio area leading to the complex's common area with HEATED pool, shade structures, shallow area, charcoal grills, and restroom (open year round). 🪩This detail is our favorite for making pool time so much easier! Walmart/HEB 12 minutes away. Getting around: Our favorite way to get around is by golf cart. Rental places 3 minutes from your stay. You can drive them down onto the beach for easy beach days!
