Very much like every other Premier Inn I've stayed in, except guests do have a phone in their rooms to contact Reception - a useful feature. Cork can be quite cold in February, and I felt very cold in my room in the evening and waking up several times during the night (not good preparation for my business meeting the next day). My room heating didn't seem to work, so the staff member on reception turned it up 'manually' from somewhere in the hotel, but the room was still cold, particularly in the night. This was the first time I had to seek out a room cleaner upon arrival to refresh my coffee, tea and milk supplies - usually this is done as part of room cleaning. I never did get any milk (look downstairs, I was told), and eventually bought some from a local supermarket. I encountered something unusual at breakfast - a Premier Inn cook quite unwilling to cook me my favourite boiled eggs ('It will take me 10 minutes' I was told). Eventually I managed to persuade the cook to have a go, and my eggs arrived. Dinner was excellent with a good choice of dishes, and staff were friendly.
