The place is pretty much run down and would require some renovation, not worth the price you pay. Location is nice at the beach. The jacuzzy was out of service, one of the lights inside the indoor pool was lying on the floor with its cable connected. One of two elevators did not work, as it did not read the room key.

My Aunt, Uncle, my Mom, and I spent 2 nights at the Enjoy in Coquimbo. My mom and I shared a Suite on top (12th) floor and my aunt & uncle had a room on the 3rd floor. First of all this is certainly NOT a 5 Star hotel! It might be the best place in Coquimbo / La Serena and it may have once been a decent resort, but it missed on SO MANY fronts that I don't know where to start!!! - The furniture (specially in the lobby and by the outdoor pool) is really worn out and needs replacing. The whole outdoor pool area needs a giant makeover! - We came back from dinner to find a huge line of cars of casino goers stretching down the street trying to get into the parking lot (that was full). After waiting for a while, someone in my party got out and went to ask how we (as hotel guests) were supposed to park our cars. We were instructed to go into thru the exit driveway and then turn the car in an impossible way to get in front of the waiting cars and thru the garage entrance (needless to say, despite being an excellent driver, I ended up scratching the rental car on a pole as I maneuvered the SUV into the garage). - The service was REALLY awful! We asked the front desk to please call a taxi for us (me and my 83 year-old mom) and they handed us a piece of paper with the taxi company's phone number! - I fell asleep on Friday night around 11pm only to be awoken at 11:30 by a full-on OUTDOOR disco party directly across the street from the hotel. It was so loud that it made the windows shake and it went on until 5am! Luckily, it was quiet the following night or I would have lost my mind! - The casino is really NOT worth it and crowd is super low-budget! - The little store was always closed, the place where you eat breakfast is a million miles away, the windows are all dirty, I could go on and on ... Don't stay here!

Never stay here!!! Room smells to fungus and dampness, bathtub corroded, tiles, bathtub and sink are and filled with grime- clearly anti calc has never been used, pillars holding glass exterior corroded, the disco bellow plays loud music even on weekdays, so prepare yourself to be up until 2 am and make sure you like boring types of tecno. Breakfast: if some fruit, bread roles, watery coffee and strawberry jam are enough for you - you will find it ok. Oh, they also have over sugary donuts. Make sure to have earplugs for breakfast too. Do not rely on their taxi service-it could take 30 or longer to get one. Who decided this hotel was 5 stars? No idea, but I can’t imagine it deserves more than 1, if any at all. Unless of course size alone is star providing, in which case lots of stars for size, and none for the rest. The staff we met were genuinely nice and one can feel sorry for them. The manager was not available because she only shows up at 10:30, and does not answer the phone before then.. in case of emergency she can be reached by email 😐

En la recepción las niñas que atienden no explican nada acerca de lo que ofrece el hotel, horarios, ubicaciones del spa ni restaurante, etc. Tuvimos que preguntar punto por punto… La habitación tenía grandes manchas en la alfombra, pintura en mal estado, en la tina había una goma que parecía ser parte del shower door, nos recibió un pelo largo en la ducha que quedó donde mismo después de la limpieza al día siguiente, muy mal la mantención de la habitación para ser un Enjoy. Las toallas que entrega el spa viejas, de mala calidad y deshilachadas. Para llegar al spa debes pasar por el primer piso, donde está el acceso al casino, venta de dulces, ingreso al restaurante Santa Brasa y caminar por un pasillo, porque se encuentra fuera del edificio del hotel. Para llegar al restaurante a desayunar debes bajar al piso -1 y pasar por un largo pasillo frío (tiene mucha indicación) que básicamente da vuelta todo el edificio, hasta llegar a la entrada principal del casino. Rescatable la rapidez del room service y la amabilidad de los jovenes al guardar equipaje. Muy mala relación precio calidad.

Muy mala experiencia! Habitación en mal estado: alfombra manchada, muebles en malas condiciones! Alojamos dos noches, nunca nos dejaron una botella de agua. Para ir a tomar desayuno hay que cruzar unos pasillos curiosos. LE FALTA REMODELACIÓN URGENTE

Visité el hotel porque allí se realizaría la fiesta del minero de la empresa minera donde actualmente trabajo. Llegando pedimos un servicio a la pieza, si bien se demoraron un poco, los platos están muy ricos. Mi sorpresas comenzaron al encontrar las alfombras sucias y con manchas en todas partes. Luego al entrar al baño, encontramos hongos en las junturas de los vidrios con la tina, en los azulejos y en todas partes!. La manguera de la ducha teléfono fugaba la mitad del flujo en las uniones. Uno de los ascensores no funcionaba muy bien y más de un mal rato pasamos. Para ser justo los platos del almuerzo, la comida y el desayuno estaban ricos, en lineas generales de buena factura. Pero en el fondo uno va principalmente a dormir más que a comer y el hotel está al debe, igual pague el equivalente a 175 US$, y como soy un viajero frecuente, es un precio excesivo para todas las deficiencias graves con las que me encontré. No volveré ni por la mitad!

Pensé sería una mejor experiencia pero hay varias detalles que parece son reiterados(viendo otras opiniones): -Atención deficiente,especialmente personal del desayuno. - desayuno promedio a pobre, no preparan nada extra salvo huevos ( no pancakes o wafles) - salida de ascensor para ir a spa sale directo a entrada casino. -lo bueno fue el spa, amplio, piscina temperada aunque no lo suficiente. Habitación estándar amplia con buena vista. Buena ubicación,

Este hotel que se ha deteriorado mucho con los años. Increíblemente el RESTAURANT NO ATIENDE los días lunes. Nunca me había tocado esto en ningún hotel. Y la atención para comer algo por Room Service el pedido tarda una enormidad y además llega frío.
