Good clean comfortable hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had dinner at hotel - good value and well presented with good service. Ideal when travelling via tunnel. 5 minutes from terminal. Needs a better signage from road.

First time we have stayed here but it won’t be the last. Very close to cite Europe and so quick to access Eurotunnel. Great for night halt. Breakfast very good but felt evening meal a bit limited choice. Rooms excellent, we had 2 rooms and both huge walk in showers. We have stayed in Calais for more than 20 years now, sometimes for a few days shopping but mostly enroute to holiday and returning. Most times in one hotel as relatively cheap and convenient, but this hotel surprised us for the money. We will stay again

Great stopover hotel for Channel Tunnel. Good facilities and close to outlets etc. A bonus for us there is no extra charge for dogs who are made welcome. We’ve used it before and will do again.

Excellent location for Euro Tunnel clean warm and comfortable friendly helpful staff would definitely recommend

Checking was a bit slow, staff busy helping in the restaurant/ bar area. Room was on the ground floor, a large room with big double bed. Clean, quiet just what I needed after a long days work. I would stay here again when next in Calais.

Location was perfect close to the channel tunnel, we wanted to be in the French side, which is fortunate as the shuttle service was running behind schedule. we arrived at 01:00 local time. Great breakfast the next morning, rooms clean and comfortable.

Staff friendly, overall an ok hotel. However the room was too warm and we couldn’t open the window due to the terrible smell outside! The air conditioning was locked so couldn’t alter the temperature.

Parking at the hotel is excellent. The room was spacious and the hotel is in a quiet location. The evening meal at the hotel was very good.

There was an annoying noise in our room. We don't know where exactly it came from: the technical room next door? The ventilation system? For the rest a good hotel: spatious, clean, friendly staff, ...

Not a bad location picture's were a bit deceiving but rooms were nice and big , and the continental breakfast was really nice

Nice hotel which is located in a quite part of calais , breakfast was self serve and had usual continetal style breakfast , plenty of parking .

The whole experience was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent and all was very reasonably priced. We'll definately be going there again.
