We have stayed at Columbia Apartments many times over the years. It is in an ideal position right across the road from the best beach on the coast - the pedestrian crossing is right in front of the building! The Managers at Columbia, Lauren and Matt, are exceptional and are assisted by a very good team. Everything is always carried out in a very professional manner, always willing to please, and always with a smile. Although an older high rise, the unit's we have stayed in have generally been updated, all are large and facing the sea, meticulously clean, and every single thing you could wish for in the kitchen is supplied. The swimming pool and surrounding gardens are always well looked after. We are always sad to leave - highly recommended.

We have just had a brilliant few days at Columbia Apartments in Rainbow Bay. We had a group booking with three different Units and each one was wonderful. They were all looking out over the ocean. The Units had everything you could imagine, they were incredibly clean and well appointed. It was perfect for the children with a heated pool, tennis court and the beach in front of our building. We parked our cars and walked everywhere which helped make our few days feel like a longer stay. The Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will all be back again this time next year.

Unit 6 was great with everything necessary provided (full kitchen and laundry) for a wonderful stay - sea view and comfortable bed. This unit is a two level townhouse on the ground floor with easy access to beach, pool and tennis court for us with children - even had tennis racquets in the cupboard. Beautiful swimming and surfing beaches just across the road. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Columbia Apartments have always been our favourite place to stay at Rainbow Bay. The views are spectacular and the position is fantastic. Unfortunately this visit was so disappointing as the unit we stayed in (Unit 51) is in urgent need of a total demolish and upgrade. Everything in the unit is obviously the original from the carpet and curtains, dishwasher ( we had to re-wash the dishes) furniture and appliances. It smells old and musty. No air- con. You would find better cutlery and crockery at St Vinnies - it is all mismatched and chipped. For the cost per night I would have expected something better than this. The management were exceptionally friendly and most helpful and the grounds and pool areas are well maintained and spotless. We have stayed in other apartments and were happy with them - do yourself a favour and don’t book this apartment. So disappointing for our mini holiday.

Great views of the beach and town, short walk from the main shops and to Twin Towns RSL. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to accommodate and assist us during our stay. Pre covid, this has been our holiday destination each year as we love the accommodation and location. First lengthy trip post covid and look forward to our next trip staying at Columbia Apartments!
