My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Chicago Schaumburg was generally pleasant. The hotel's modern design and clean atmosphere created a welcoming ambiance. The staff was friendly and efficient, providing helpful recommendations for dining and local attractions. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The room was comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. While the room size was standard, it was functional and met my needs. Overall, the Four Points by Sheraton Chicago Schaumburg is a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

Overall we had a great stay at the hotel. The location, although it appears on google maps to be a little outside of the city centre, is actually very convenient. There are several bus lines that will get you to the city centre (which for me, means the DuSable bridge) in less than 10 minutes. A couple of things to note. To access the free WiFi you need to have a Bonvoy account (free to create) Regarding the breakfast, Trip.com seems to display inverted information. It was available Monday to Friday in the 1600 Club (lower floor of the hotel) but IS NOT available on a weekend.

It's very close to the airport, and it's also very convenient to go to Chicago Fashion Outlet. It only takes a quarter of an hour to walk and a 4-minute drive. The room is large and the design is innovative. There are not many choices for breakfast, typical American style, but it can meet the requirements.

The service was good. I had trouble at check in with the credit cards and the staff was helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only problem was the phone was broken and wouldn't shut up...so I unplugged it and notified the front desk. Check out was simple also and the shuttle to and from the airport was useful. Pick up is at the Terminal 2 shuttle area and you take the team there. If you have a very early flight the shuttle might be an iffy choice. I also ate at the restaurant which was delicious and the service was good.

Very high-end hotel, in the heart of downtown Chicago, the location is superb, walking distance to many downtown places to eat and drink and many places to visit.

The hotel is in a great location, just on Michigan Road. The scenery is outstanding, and the lake view is great when the weather is good. Shopping is so convenient, you can walk directly to the water tower, where various stores meet your shopping needs.

Strong praise! First of all, the pillows are very comfortable. The first hotel pillow allows me to sleep without neck pain. Secondly, the slippers and bathrobe are great! No need to call the front desk to take off your shoes. Next, the coffee machine has great reviews, lots of cups and lots of different flavors. The hotel room is very spacious and has a Bluetooth speaker. Very comfortable! Service: Very considerate, the front desk staff are very warm and considerate. Facilities: There is no dining in the hotel, there is a bathtub and shower in the room, and the toilet is very spacious. Cleanliness: Very clean and the bed is very comfortable.

The rooms are super clean, and the location is right by everything, from bars, restaurants, the river walk. Also, the hotel staff was phenomenal. We need help with a friend and they assisted us without any complaints, and told us to reach out if we needed anything else.
